Jul 31,2023I believe it is a bit too early to talk about the result of the hair transplant that my brother and I had in the MCAN clinic. I am writing this review for other important matters. Farnaz has been our after care assistant and has been very responsive to all our questions. She is a well knowledge person with a kind attitude. My direct practitioner for my hair transplant was DR Sadaf with the help of Ata & Emre. Thank you all for your good work. I need to thank Dr Su specially who did the hair transplant for my brother. She was available for the check-up a day after the procedure and a day before we flew back to the UK. I believe whoever come cross Elif would say she is a nice person too. There was some issues that I wasn’t happy with. For example, they didn’t pick us up and didn’t provide a taking us back service which was already included in the package. They said it is because we were already in Turkey and didn’t take the hotel deal which is nonsense. It was much cheaper for them to pick us up from we were located than the airport.

Jul 29,2023Found MCAN health through my own research after seeing the amazing results a friend had with his dental treatment at a different clinic. I chose MCAN after reading an article regarding ethnic rhinoplasty and Dr Ceran. Immediately I knew this was who I had to see to repair my previously broken nose. Sadly due to flight cancellations I landed too late to go through the procedure. Dilan who has been my main contact throughout is amazing as is Farnaz in calming me and making me feel at ease and confident about everything. Without their support I would have gone home early without treatment due to my high anxiety about it all so I can’t thank them enough. I then decided to meet the dentist Dr Elif in Beşiktaş who confirmed what I already knew about the condition of some of my top teeth. Immediately I knew I was in safe hands and booked the quite extensive dental treatment plan suggested. Completed over 2 pretty long dental sessions my issues are all resolved now and I can honestly say that after hating dental treatment since childhood I felt so at ease and comfortable with her treatment I actually fell asleep a couple of times during the procedure. I will never use another dentist! Dr elif’s team which also includes çagla and Gulcan are in Beşiktaş, a beautiful part of Istanbul and I’m looking forward to coming back on a regular basis for treatments and to see them. Make sure you choose MCAN health and get this team and you’ll get all the care and support you need for whatever treatment your planning! I’m now planning to complete my Rhinoplasty in a couple of months and I’m looking forward to that too.

Jul 28,2023My experience with Mcan health has been absolutely amazing and a lot of it is down to health care assistant Farnaz. She has been reassuring from start to finish. Communicating with her from the UK and my time in Turkey has been exceptional. Farnaz made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the whole process. She was very attentive with checking up on my well-being and post surgery aftercare. As someone who came on their own she was only a WhatsApp message away. She was quick to answer any questions I had and was a wonderful support.

Jul 27,2023My experience with MCAN has been a very positive one. The nurses are there to take care of you and make sure everything goes as planned. Farnaz was my nurse and she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable despite doing surgery alone in a foreign country. She also checked up on me every day regarding my recovery etc. Cansu is also especially friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She's naturally a caring person I have to say I didn't expect the nurses to be as brilliant as they are. They made the whole process so much easier. I met a lot of people and there's too many to mention individualy but all the staff at the hair clinic were super professional and nice 🙂 Awaiting one more surgery but I'm sure it will go smoothly because MCAN work with the best doctors in Istanbul!

Jul 26,2023I’m very happy with Mcan. I arrived in Istanbul on the 2nd of July with my daughter and Mcan driver picked us at the airport, took us straight to the hospital for my blood test. Dropped us off at Dedeman Hotel. My assigned Nurse, Elif and coordinator Shakila were giving me instructions and advices before the surgery. Driver picked me up next day, 3rd of July for my Surgery. I had a Tummy Tuck, lipo and BBL with Doctor Alhan, he’s one of the best doctor in Istanbul. I had the best experience at the hospital. I’m glad the staff looked after my daughter whilst I was having my surgery. They made her feel safe and told her that her Mum is going to be alright. Same thing with Doctor Alhan, he told my daughter that I’m going to be okay. I was very positive before and after the surgery. I stayed at the hospital for 2 days, I was recovering really well. When I got discharged 5th of July, Elif and Shakila were there to help me. We went straight to the Mcan clinic after getting discharged to see the dentist for my Emax crowns. The dentist at Mcan and her assistant was very nice. They’ve given a temporary teeth and I got my Emax crowns fitted on the 10th of July. I love my new teeth. My Mummy makeover journey went really smooth all thanks to Shakila for her patience with me before I came to Istanbul and to Elif for her daily care. I also want to thank the drivers and the other staffs of Mcan. It was our first time in Istanbul and we now love Turkey because of Mcan 🫶🏼

Jul 26,2023I went last weekend and I was very anxious. Being very young and travelling to Turkey alone was a little unsettling. Farnaz was dealing with my experience and from start to finish she was brilliant. Fantastic at making me feel welcome and all anxiety had gone. Really clear and helpful when explaining aftercare. I can not fault anything. Highly recommend. :)

Farnaz and the team were very kind and professional. The clinic was very clean and tidy. Everything was arranged from arrival to departure. Can’t wait to see the final result! I would definitely recommend.

Jul 20,2023Special thanks to Farnaz, Dr Su and Eda. It was my first experience of hair transplant, although I’ve been thinking for a few years to do it. My concern was the best quality of work with the least health risk, so I did research to find a professional clinic. In MCAN, you feel at home, supported and welcome. Farnaz is one of the best nurse I’ve met. Before, during and after operation, she always was around to ensure I got all the service I need. Still she answer all my questions to ensure I follow up the aftercare. Dr Su is amazing. I completely surprised with her medical skills, knowledge, patience as well as her character. I am planning to ask Dr Su to do my second hair transplant as I like to have as dens as possible. She is great in her job. Last but not least, I would like to thanks Eda. She is a really nice, patient and knowledgeable nurse. I really appreciate the work she did for the hair transplant. I definitely recommend MCAN specially Dr Su, Farnaz and Eda.

Jul 19,2023I hired the services of MC Cann Health for a tummy tuck as I had abdominal diastasis in my tummy. When I landed in Istanbul a driver came to pick me up and took me to the hotel. The next day I had a medical consultation with surgeon Dr. Fatih Ceran at Biruni University Hastanesi hospital, the hospital is a bit old but very clean and has many nurses at each station, I found it difficult to communicate with the nurses as hardly any of them spoke English, but with the translator on my mobile I was able to understand them. The nurses gave me regular drips, took my blood pressure and temperature, the protocols are professional and you can be sure that the hospital meets all the standards of a European or American hospital. Going back to Dr. Fatih, who operated on me, he evaluated my case in a pre-operative consultation. I found the doctor to be a very nice person, it was easy to communicate with him as he speaks very good English and he took the time to answer all my questions, I could see immediately that he is very professional and perfectionist in his work. I would recommend Dr. Fatih to anyone who wants to undergo cosmetic surgery as he is very professional and qualified. After the operation I spent two days in hospital, the nurses gave me all the necessary medical care until I was able to return to the hotel, where I stayed for six more days, Nurse Farnaz came to see me once a day and was responsible for going to the pharmacy and explaining how to take the prescribed medication. Nurse Farnaz was very attentive to me, answered all my questions and encouraged me the first days after the operation. Finally, on the last day before I left, I had a consultation with Dr. Fatih, who told me that everything was fine and removed my drains. The next day, a driver took me to the airport to go back to my country. I recommend everyone who is having a tummy tuck with liposuction to prepare psychologically for a bad few weeks, the operation is not very painful but it is invasive, due to the surgical operation the first four weeks the tummy is quite swollen and blue bruises and swellings form in the area where the liposuction is applied. The first week you have to wear two drains which are quite uncomfortable as they are two tubes connected under the belly and due to the pain and swelling the ability to move is limited, the first month you have to wear a compression garment on the belly which is very tight, Now after four weeks I have been able to remove the girdle and start light physical activity, but after three months the swelling of the belly is gradually decreasing and the scar that covers the entire belly is improving in appearance. I recommend MC Cann Health to everyone, they are professional and I have no complaints.

Jul 19,2023I enjoyed my experience with MCAN, All the staff were so friendly and hospitable. I especially love how Farnaz checks on you to make sure you’re ok. I’m from the USA and and had a hair transplant there before 2 years ago and had to get a loan to pay $7,000 for it which I’m still paying now. I knew I needed a second hair transplant but I knew I couldn’t afford to get it again in the US and was sad for a while. But when discovered MCAN in Turkey and saw that their price was more than 3 times cheaper for than what I paid in the US, i felt so excited and knew I had to take advantage of this opportunity. I can’t wait for the future results. I recommend you come a day or 2 before your transplant and explore the beautiful city of Istanbul.

Jul 13,2023Hi my name is George Richards previously known as Omar. I recently had a revision rhinoplasty done with MCAN health. The decision for me to go back to turkey for the second time was not easy for me Because I want to make sure I made the right choice. Thankfully I am now one week and two days post op and I know that my decision to go with MCAN was the right one. Every part of my experience was pleasant. The hotel and staff were very lovely. Only one problem. The Wi-Fi for me into the room It's a 10 out of 100.In the eating area where we have our breakfast, lunch and dinner the Wi-Fi works perfectly fine in there. Hospital staff were fantastic. A special shout out to Farnaz and when I said special I mean special. Words can not explain how she makes me feel I met her. Monday Before the surgery and from then it felt like I knew her all the days of my life she is such a lovely young lady she is always checking upon me. Also want to say a big thank you to saba And also a big thank you to the surgeon Dr dogan alhan who did an amazing job. And to all the MCAN family thanks. Would I recommend anyone a big fat yes. If you're looking to get any type of surgery.MCAN is the perfect place.

Jul 10,2023Ich habe mich für MCAN Health entschieden, weil sie die einzigste ist, wo die Krankenschwester jeden Tag in das Hotel kommt. Und wo ist eine deutsche Gästebetreuung gibt, da mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist, und ich alles verstehen wollte. Ich bin sonntags angereist der Abholung Fahrer hat schon am Ausgang gewartet. Dann ging es auch sofort ins Krankenhaus zur Blutentnahme. Der Fahrer ist uns nicht von der Seite gewichen. Und hat uns danach ins Hotel gebracht. Den Rest des Tages haben wir noch für ein Hammam Bad benutzt. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich um 11:00 Uhr vom Hotel abgeholt und zum Krankenhaus gefahren. Wir wurden von der Krankenschwester und der deutschen Gäste Betreuung Empfang genommen. Sie haben uns auf mein Einzelzimmer gebracht. Das Hotel ist sauber neu und wirkt freundlich. In meinem Zimmer wurde ich dann für die OP vorbereitet eingekleidet und musste noch Dokumente unterschreiben . dann kam der Arzt für ein vor Gespräch und zum einzeichnen. So um ungefähr 16:00 Uhr wurde ich dann in den OP geschoben die Krankenschwester und die deutsche Gäste Betreuung waren da an meiner Seite . Ich glaube das war der letzte Moment, wo ich die deutsche Gäste Betreuung gesehen habe. Sie hat sich nie wieder blicken lassen oder hat auch keine Nachricht oder sonstiges geschickt. Schon sehr enttäuschend war, weil ich diese Klinik eigentlich wegen dieser deutschen Christen Betreuung gewählt habe. Nach der OP bin ich in meinem Zimmer wieder wach geworden. Wurde mit Schmerzmitteln versorgt und so weiter. Der Arzt schaute nach der OP auch noch mal kurz rein und fragte mich, wie es mir geht und wie die OP verlaufen ist und verabschiedete sich dann. Die Krankenschwestern sind da wirklich super und geben ihr Bestes trotz der Sprachbarriere. 24 Stunden später konnte ich schon ins Hotel zurückkehren. Die Krankenschwester immer an meiner Seite. Sie hat mir die Medikamente aus der Apotheke geholt und mich zum Hotel begleitet. Als sie sich verabschiedete, sich dann für den nächsten Tag an zur Wundkontrolle und so weiter. Ich glaube den Rest des Tages habe ich eigentlich nur noch geschlafen und ausgeruht. im Hotel konnte man sich essen bestellen oder liefern lassen oder wenn man mobil war das Hotel verlassen und essen holen. Jeden Tag kam die Krankenschwester und hat nach mir gesehen und den Hund Wechsel gemacht. Wenn ich Fragen hatte oder irgendwelche Ängste konnte ich mich jederzeit egal, welche Uhrzeit an Sie wenden . Am fünften Tag wurden die Dränagen gezogen. Ich konnte endlich duschen und ich bekam eine Lymph Massage. Am sechsten Tag bin ich dann wieder nach Hause geflogen. Mein Fazit ist das Krankenhaus ist sauber und man wird gut betreut. Die Krankenschwestern machen einen super Job der Arzt war super nett und ich bin zufrieden. Das einzig schlechte wirklich sagen kann ist diese deutsche Gäste Betreuung. Die eigentlich keine richtige Betreuung war da ich sie nur am OP Tag gesehen habe und dann nie wieder. Ich habe ja nicht gedacht, dass sie mir eine 24 Stunden Betreuung gibt aber wenigstens so einmal Am Tag hätte man nach mir fragen können Wie es mir geht und so weiter.

The nurses and the doctor where very good too great staff and great experience all in all, I highly recommend MCAN clinic.
