Jul 05,2023I had a full facelift and neck lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty with Mcanhealth by Dr Fatih Ceran in June 2023. I am more than happy with the results. I feel I received the very best of care especially from my amazon nurses Saba and Fernaz who took such good care of me. They were on hand to answer all of my questions. It's still early days and I'm still recovering, but so fat things are looking good.

Jul 03,2023Everything went wonderfully, from start to finish. Everything was as described. They stay in constant contact with you, and you never feel abandoned. Even in the clinic, you feel secure and safe. Everyone there is very nice, and the work is highly professional. The only negative aspect was the needle-free anesthesia, which hardly had any effect, probably because it wasn't given enough time to work. Even though it's supposed to work well, it's not worth it because you only get it in the back of your head and not in the front. And then there are injections that you can't avoid. They can be painful, depending on your sensitivity. But that only lasts for about five minutes, and then you don't feel anything. I recommend the sapphire method, which was fortunately suggested to me because I had already undergone a hair transplant before. You can read about the advantages of the sapphire method on Google; it's definitely worth it. MCAN is top-notch, and I highly recommend it. They don't forget about you after the procedure; they even ask later how you're doing, etc. Everything is top-notch!

I have felt soo supported on a 1-1 basis 24/7, they have explained every step from start to finish, looked and cared for me start to finish without me feeling like I’m over asking, they have over delivered! My surgeon (Dr Cearan) has been amazing with my reduction and has listed to me with what result I was wanting, been very honest and has assured me along the way. My results are insane and i’m still not over my before and after photos along with my 5 star experience!

Jun 27,2023Mcan supported me throughout my rhinoplasty procedure from beginning to end. The nurses and all employees are super nice and helpful. Dr Fatih Ceran did an excellent job. I was very worried about the process initially, and did not want to make huge changes to my nose. Dr Ceran understood what I wanted and delivered. Only 2 weeks post-op and I was shocked by how much better my nose looks! Highly recommend Mcan and Dr Ceran - a great company and a great surgeon who will make sure your experience is 10x less scary and smooth Special shout-out to Saba, Petek and Aysun for all your kindness and help throughout all of it! Update: My nose has healed up and the swelling has now completely gone. I like how my nose looks mostly - the shape and the look is beautiful and what I asked for… but now there’s a bump/slight deformation on the bridge of my nose :( For this reason I have to bring down the number of stars in my review.

I had been suffering from male pattern baldness for nearly 10 years and over that time it had been affecting the way I feel about myself. Let’s face it, none of us want to get old and for most of us, we do not want the appearance that old age has to offer! I had carried out a fair amount of research in to FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) before choosing a surgery that I felt comfortable with. These were my thoughts…. 1. Hmm... do I really want to fly to a foreign country for a medical procedure? 2. How do I choose the correct clinic? 3. Will I be happy with their Hair Transplant practice? 4. Is there going to be an issue with the language barrier? 5. Where will I be staying? 6. How will I travel in Turkey? 7. Where do I eat? 8. Will I be safe? 9. Who will manage my medical procedure? 10. Will there be any aftercare? I decided to contact MCAN, Turkey. My enquiry into a Hair Transplant Procedure with MCAN was acknowledge by their patient relationship specialist Aykut and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Aykut answered all my questions, along with offering the reassurance that I needed. Once I was happy to proceed with MCAN for a hair transplant operation, I paid a 250 Euro secured deposit. What did I do next….? Flight to Turkey Booked. Airport parking Booked. Arranged payment for the Hair transplant procedure. Arranged Medical Travel Insurance. Passport check 😉 With my trip to Turkey booked, I stayed in contact with Aykut, asking various questions relating to my visit, along with the procedure. Aykut would always quickly respond to all my messages. A couple of days before my trip to Turkey I was contacted by Elif, patient specialist. Elif looked after me once I had arrived in Turkey, any questions Elif would be there to answer them and support me on my brief visit to Turkey. Very approachable and easy to talk with and reassuring. Now I have landed in Turkey, the MCAN driver had contacted me beforehand to confirm that he would be waiting for me at the airport terminal, yes, he was. The driver was great. I had arrived at my Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. I had a bite to eat before heading to bed. (Late flight) Day of the Hair transplant procedure. Breakfast at 8am. Then I was collected from the hotel at 8:30am and taken to the clinic, I was then greeted by the Medical Team at MCAN. Everything ran smoothly, the team were extremely professional, and the clinic was extremely clean and hygienic. The hair transplant procedure. A few light scratches to the donor area of my head before the process started on the removal of hair follicles. (I did not feel a thing) Lunch provided by MCAN Hair Implant Time. A few light scratches to numb the area, then the hair was implanted. After surgery. Head was cleaned then bandages applied to keep the area clean. MCAN driver then returned me to the Hotel where I had a bite to eat and chilled out watching a movie. Next Day. Collected by the driver to head back to MCAN for a post op check-up. Everything was looking great. Once the medical team were happy, I was taken to the Airport for my journey home, back to the UK. Back in the UK. I have had regular aftercare contact from Elif and I have also booked myself another visit to MCAN, Turkey for a third procedure. Ladies and Gents, the reason I am going back for number 3 hair transplant is that these skilful people will not ‘butcher your head/hair’ In 1 round! Please believe me, There are plenty of other hair transplant clinics out there that just want to ‘rip’ your hair from the donor area and stick it in where it is required. - quick job, out and in with no consideration or thoughts to the patient. This could potentially result in over harvesting, which would lead to excessive scaring, including bold patches. Please, Ladies and Gents, there is nothing for you to be afraid off, just do it and enjoy the hair growth once again in those thinning area’s🧑🏿🦲 A massive thank you to Aykut, Elif and the whole medical team at MCAN, also the drivers that looked after me. I would highly recommend MCAN and their Team for a Hair Transplant. Thank you. Looking forward to seeing all you beautiful people again soon🙂👍🏻

Saba in particular was extremely kind and helpful and I highly appreciate all the staffs efforts to make my experience smooth. Doctor was great and listened to what I wanted and gave me my desired result :) would highly recommend.

Jun 21,2023Mcan was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I’m on the third week of my transplant and I’m loving my new look. Farnaz, my nurse from Mcan, helped and is still helping with all my questions that I had and have prior and post transplant. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to get something done.

Jun 21,2023After a lot of research, I decided to operate at the MCAN Health Clinic in June. I was treated extremely well from start to finish. I was closely followed by Dilan and Farnaz and everything was organized for me by them. They were both very friendly and sweet. big thanks to both of them. You are doing a great job! The clinic is very clean and you were always looked after, my doctor was very professional and responded to my wishes. I would recommend MCAN 100%.

Jun 21,2023Please becareful with this company. I booked a procedure almost 6 months ago. I was in touch with Case specialist and Nurse who gave me all the pertinent details about procedure, most impotantly the doctor who was performing it. I paid deposit and bought plane tickets only to find out that it was a different doctor with REALLY bad reviews performing the procedure. I spent a ton of money on airplane tickets to and from the USA only to get have to comeback a day later. The staff was very apologetic but the company refuses to refund the down payment I paid claiming that they had to pay transport and hospital for a procedure that did not happen. MCan should not only refund down payment but also my airfare! They responded saying that of all I could only get a 30 euro refund! Please be really careful with this company! after reading recent reviews it seems that this happens way too often. Even if your procedure costs a little more please find an honest company with a good reputation.

Jun 09,2023I recently had a septo rhinoplasty operation with MCAN health, the choice to go to turkey for my operation was a stressful one as it’s a big operation and I wanted to make sure I made the right choice. Thankfully I am now two weeks post op and know that my decision was 100% the correct one, every part of my experience was pleasant, the hotel and its staff were lovely and the MCAN and hospital staff were fantastic. Special shout-out to Saba who was brilliant and was available 24/7 to help me through the process and help me with any nerves or questions I had. Also I’d like to mention Dr Ayberk who did an amazing job and answered any of my questions about the operation and recovery process! 10/10 would recommend MCAN to anyone thinking of surgery!

Jun 08,2023I had my FUE hair transplant with Mcan on Thursday 1st June 2023. The staff were friendly and they made me feel at ease. My point of contact was Farnaz Abbasi a lovely lady who was also their to explain everything I needed to do with my after care once I returned home. My head is healing nicely. I feel I cannot leave a full review just yet as the healing and outcome process takes 12 months but so far so good. I’ll update in 12 months time if anything changes. Apart from the flights Mcan arranged everything else as part of the package which was great as surgery in a different country is very daunting

I would like to thank nurse Farnaz and Seyma for being on call 24/7 and being main contact form start to end. The rest of the team was very professional and made the experience as easy as possible. The procedure it self took a day and was comfortable after the anesthetic injections.
