Jun 02,2023I had my hair transplant 2 days ago and now back home in the UK. We had been looking at the Mcan for a few years (before lockdown) as a friend of a friend had been and had a great natural looking hairline after a transplant. My husband and I finally took the plunge and went for it. Farnaz arranged everything for us including the extra arrangements as we travelled with our 2 daughters. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel which was clean, comfortable and more than I anticipated. After a bit of confusion with our room we were in our room and ready for our transplants. My husband went forst and put me at ease with my procedure the next day. My Dr was Dr Sedef and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure went well and it was quicker than I expected. My husband and I are hairdressers and were concerned about hair lines. Whilst it is too early to see the results. Dr Sedef used a zigzag technique to soften our hairline. The actual procedure was painless apart from the anesthetic! But that takes seconds to do and once it was done I even fell asleep during the procedure. Think I woke myself up snoring! All in all as far as the actual transplant went it was smooth and as painless as possible Farnaz was kind and thoughtful along with everyone else at the clinic. Now we wait for the results! Jun 01,2023Amazing Dentistry Work MCAN I decided to use MCAN for dental treatment (that was required back in UK) as they came recommended by friends that travelled to Istanbul 3 years ago from Glasgow. Although they went to Istanbul to get hair transplants, I decided I would use MCAN as they also do dentistry work (and many other procedures). I contacted them online and within hours we were communicating via Whatsapp texts and calls. Booked the procedure to get a temporary bridge replaced and decided on all new crowns also. Anyway, booked it and was all arranged within weeks. Could not fault their professionalism with updates and keeping in contact. Itinerary was planned and collected at airport and delivered to hotel with care. Driver updated me with a txt on arrival to inform me where he would collect me. Spent 4 days with them at the clinic and felt safe and was at ease the whole time. Elif Baris,Omer & the dentist that performed the procedure were incredible. The before and after is unbelievable and worth the travel to MCAN. Would recommend them to everyone. Hotel was Ibis Styles with a extremely high standard of room. Huge room with massive bed, large TV on the wall and spotless and cleaned daily and bathroom had walk in power shower. Was luxury. Ate at hotel a few night and food was great and reasonably priced. Anyone thinking of using them then all I can say is You will NOT be disappointed. I travelled on my own and had no worries at all. 'ELIF".You are a star. Been back a week and still communicating with me to see how I'm doing. That's what I call 5 star service.

May 30,2023Recently returned from having hair transplant surgery with Mcan, I honestly cannot express how professional this company have been from start to finish. The booking process, airport transfers, hotel admin, surgery procedures and aftercare so far have all been outstanding!!! All staff were professional and polite during all stages of the procedure. I wouldnt go anywhere else in future for any type of aesthetic surgery other than this company. Would 100% recommend Mcan to everybody. Thank you very much guys.

May 29,2023I had my liposuction a few days ago. The scheduling was easy. The staff is amazing. I felt welcomed and cared for. They're all very honest and want you to have the best results. Everyone speaks English and if there is anyone who doesn't, they will communicate with you using their Google translator. I had a private room with the private bathroom at the hospital for the first 24hrs after the lipo. I will be back to the same clinic, with the different procedure I have been planning for a while. The doctor will fix my breathing. I will have to ask if I could rent a freezer and have a better fridge in the hotel because the one I had wasn't powerful fridge and didn't have a freezer. Some rooms have it, some don't. Back to the crew, you will not find more caring people than them. Beautiful, professional, intelligent, you can trust, you will do yourself a favor. The biggest part of any successful cosmetic procedure is recovery. Let them take care of you the way only your mother maybe would. Don't be afraid to ask them any questions. They have patience and dedication for all. My special thanks to the driver Tolga, who will also be your guide, your friend, and protector. Treat him well!

May 27,2023MCAN is an all inclusive surgery and esthetics provider. The nurses and staff at MCAN are kind and welcoming. Often as a foreigner in Istanbul it is easy to feel out of place, MCAN takes care of its patients from start to finish. They are very responsive via whatsapp and have multiple nurses and health care professionals on staff working a rotating schedule to provide assistance to you 7 days a week. Thank you to everyone that made my procedure as comfortable as possible.

May 27,2023After careful consideration and vast research I decided to go with MCAN for my FUE hair transplant. From the initial contact through to travelling to Turkey and having the procedure carried out MCAN were excellent. Their customer service is fantastic and the entire team made me feel confident and relaxed even though I was extremely nervous. A special shout out to the drivers,the lovely ladies that carried out my transplant and to Saba (Patient experience nurse). Saba was on hand 247 answering any questions I had before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend MCAN to anyone considering a hair transplant :)

May 25,2023Let me start with what an experience I have had. From start of my journey now post 10 days of my surgery. I have been looked after very well and I never felt alone as the staff was always in-contact with me. My beautiful case manager to the nursing staff that came to the hotel. My nurse would order me soup and make sure I had food and even ice curds for my eyes. When I was having panic attacks, she was re-showing me that I was going to be okay. It’s been a journey and I know I look amazing at the end of it but I’d like to thank the staff very much for taking care of me my nose looks amazing as well.

May 24,2023Hoy es el día 23 de mayo de 2023 estoy en Estambul a cabo de operarme con la clínica MCAN os voy a contar mi experiencia llevaba años queriendo hacer me una abdominoplastia y una liposucción de espalda alta y baja y también de abdomen. Bueno contacté con la clínica y me han puesto con una comercial que se llama Nikol y la nikol es muy simpática hasta que te cogen la pasta y después se desaparecen . Te piden fotos , peso , índice de grasa y toda la información atada te lo venden súper fácil seguro y simple y llega el día de la cirugía ese día ver al doctor que se llama FATHI que también viene con una gran sonrisa y te dice que tengo muchísimo riesgo de tener una embolia y que podía morir imagínate esto te lo dicen pocas horas de tu operación casi me muero del susto y mi Iba salir de la consulta y volver a Espana y en este momento empezó a dibujar mi el cuerpo y me dejé llevar a mi suerte mi hicieron esperas 8 hora de agonía y todos te rodean hasta el momento o te cogen el dinero de la oprecion y en su totalidad no el 50por cien y después el resto , ellos siempre salen ganando y sobre todo si tú pagas 4 cirugías y te hacen 3 y tienes que darles las gracias por vivir y no se responsabilizan por nada tu y tu suerte a mi me falto la lipo de espalda alta que no mi la hizo por mis niveles de sangre que eran altos según el . pero no te devuelvan la parte que no se hizo siempre te buscan excusas para que tengan ellos la razón piensan que la gente es tonta en mi espalda alta está como vine no son profesionales porque un profesional resuelve el problema esto se llama ESTAFADORES y MEZQUINO La segunda parte era un día antes de irme intentar de medio reconocer el error y rembolsar como 280€ tontería de los 6000€ para no ir con la amargura, que pena podría ser una gran clínica pero les falta perfeccionar este post operatorio y no cobrar 4 cosas y hacer 3 y reconocer los errores inmediatamente no hacer el loco o tomar la gente por tonta por si cuela , a ver si se mejora este punto y por el resto es correcto , Me refiero las enfermeras , el hospital, el hôtel , los choferes

May 24,2023I had a great experience with mcan. I visited their clinic for a hair transplant, and everything went smoothly. They arranged the entire itinerary. It’s been about 10 days from my transplant and they followed up with me to ensure things are on track. The recovery process was straight forward and they gave me lots of info on recovery. I would recommend them for a hair transplant.

May 21,2023I was a bit nervous about leaving the country to get a hair transplant but the staff took care of all the details and made this is easy process. The staff is professional, friendly and informative. I was waiting for them to drop the ball honestly but they never did. They took care of every single detail. All of my accommodations were really good from hotel and transportation. The surgery went well and within a few hours I felt back to normal. I would highly recommend MCAN as a business owner myself.

From the time I arrived the drivers, pre-arranged hotels, consultations, and medical staff until the end of my procedure made me feel happy & comfortable. All are extremely helpful & lovely. I want to mention some of them who touch my heart: Big thanks to Cansu, specialist, she made me to laugh day first I met her, no stress at all.. laughing on my way to surgery because of her. Checking me every single day during my stay at the hotel. She’s really brilliant and hard worker. Another big thanks to nurse Jasmine, very professional & have big heart. Yasmine, the case manager special thanks for advising me about my surgery & organizing my trip. Big shout & big thanks to my skilled plastic surgeon Dr Dogan A. Hope to see great result in few weeks. She is incredible and So helpful , efficient and organised everything for me, when I call and say I want an appointment , she makes that possible as soon as she can. The doctor and staff are so friendly- they are honest, helpful and the cosmetic doctor that worked with me is the best!! It’s the second time I have seen her and I am so grateful that she is the one I see because I have formed a good relationship with her and I trust her. This team is incredible !!

Jun 06,2023Last week I was in MCAN clinic with my boyfriend to get a hair transplant and I had a great experience with all MCAN team. Specially Nurse “Farnaz Mcan” she was very friendly and she walked us through everything that we need to know about before and after the treatment. All the nurses, doctors and drivers were amazing. I personally recommend MCAN clinic for other to go there and get their treatment there. Finally I can't wait to see the result, And thank you all for everything that you have done for us.
