Sep 07,2022I was recommended by many friends to do my hair transplant procedure with MCAN which was absolutely a right decision. I was treated like a family with respect throughout from Airport to Hotel and in Clinic. I was fully informed on the whole procedure and what to expect at every stage. I got 3900 grafts with highly professional caring staff including Medical Doctors, PES, Nurses. Sep 07,2022Was a great experience I could ever imagined. Traveling to a new country for a medical procedure can be scary but the physicians and staff at Mcan made it easy. Dr Sadaf was amazing and gentle throughout the transplant. Elif was the woman behind who made sure everything was taken care of from getting to turkey and leaving turkey. She still answers to any questions I may have. MCAN is a brand I trust. I highly recommend it.

Sep 02,2022Please be warned as positive reviews about this company are fake. Me and my friend got Rhinoplasty done in Turkey by them in Sep 2020 and it had no results. I had also got buca removal done the same time and even that didnt bring no results. They kept telling us to wait to see results and now they have started to blame Doctor Aykut Gok who had performed surgery.They are asking us to contact Doctor Aykut direct. He has blocked our email and Mcan are Washing off their hand by saying that we paid to Doctor and not them. Please be careful with what you sign as they had never made us aware of any such policy before surgery. They are very good and most helpful until you have paid them and they show their true colours when things go wrong. Your money will go into drain as they have team of incompetent doctors. I wish I could paste our correspondence here and you could see how bad Mcan Is to deal with things when they go wrong. I am very surprised and do not believe that good reviews are actually genuine and real. I wish you all the best if you decide to go through them. I am in the process of contacting ombudsman here in the UK and Turkey to report them. I wish I could give them -5 that they actually deserve. Please be careful as we were carried away with their positive reviews which we feel are fake and not genuine. ****************************************************** Mcan, you should be ashamed of yourself for your below response which is a sheer lie. Did you have a heart to offer this option despite of your error. Dr Aykut has blocked my emails and no one has responded from his new office. We had paid Mcan and not the doctor. It was unfair of you to ask me to contact Doctor Aykut direct to sort out your error. You are all clearly interested in money, therefore please do not accuse me of distortion of facts as I have only shared the truth. You should be ashamed of yourselves as this was a hard earned money and it is very heartbreaking to see it going into the drain due to your negligence and incompetence. Sep 02,2022It was very easy to contact the Clinic. I contacted the clinic last year in August but because I was 1 month VSG post op so I had to wait a little bit, then in December 2021 I had my first video call consultation with the doctor. It was too soon to have my Mommy makeover... Yes, I did request other procedures too like BBL but the doctor advised me not to have it yet and it made me realise he was the right Dr. for my procedure. The staff, in general, was friendly, caring and helpful including the drivers (5stars), coordinators, and the nurses in the hospital. Any concerns or issues that I have I message my lovely post-care coordinator Bengu 😍 and she's always there helping me. Thank you🙏🙏

The whole team is hardworking and smiling. The team got all the paperwork done. We also had a very good dialogue with my doctor. I am quite happy with the result. Aug 13,2022I visited McCann clinic for vaser lipo in arms, stomach and back. I dealt with Ayse who was super helpful always answering my questions on Whatsapp and was fast with replies. I flew to Turkey on the Tuesday and had my surgery Wednesday morning. It was kind of crazy being in Turkey but the drivers were professional. I checked into Sparkle hotel which was a lovely small hotel and very clean. I had to check out on Wednesday morning which was a little annoying as I had to bring all of my things to the hospital but I'm sure the hotel would have kept them, I was a little nervous. The night before I got bloods done. The driver brings you straight to the hospital for bloods from the airport. The next morning I went to the hospital and Ayse was there to meet me. She was really lovely and tried to make me feel comfortable. I met with Assoc. Prof Alhan the morning of the surgery and another assistant who looked at my body and took photos for before and after pics. There wasn't much interaction with the surgeon but he seemed professional. I was then taken to theatre and the important part I want you to know if reading this and considering vaser is that this is an operation under general anaesthesia. I went alone but if you can bring a friend or family member I would highly advise because it is pretty serious when you get to the hospital and can feel lonely. I was put to sleep and woke up hours later on my front in a compression garment in my own private room. I was so thirsty when I woke up and couldn't really speak, I was pretty out of it. About 6 hours after surgery they turned me on my back and gave me food. It was unbelievably painful and I had a urinary catheter in which I actually didn't know I would have. The nurses in the hospital were friendly but didn't speak much English. It was a very clean and safe hospital, very modern with no issues. I was meant to stay in the hospital for one night but I stayed for two as I just didn't have the energy to go back to the hotel next day - I couldn't even walk to the bathroom! I unfortunately had an accident due to the amount of antibiotics and painkillers I was on and had to get a new compression garment. The nurse and assistant argued about this in Turkish in front of me but it didn't tarnish the experience. I think they were just frustrated with one another. If you are from the UK you will find the food in the hospital DISGUSTING. If I was to give anyone advice ensure to bring your own food if you can. I couldn't eat it and it definitely hindered my healing in the hospital. But I drank lots and lots of water which helps the healing so much. Once the hospital stay was done, the nurse came and brought me to the car. She didn't actually help me from the car to the hotel room which was a little annoying. She came back and helped organise anything I wanted though and was always contactable on Whatsapp. I met a lovely cleaner in the hotel Jamilya who made me feel so at home. There are some people you are meant to meet along the way in life to help you and she was one of those people. The experience in the hotel healing is tough. You have drains for the blood which were in my back and they were so so painful. I kept trying to walk around just to ensure I didn't have to go home with them on the plane. But I couldn't sleep, I could kind of walk but it was hard. The procedure is a big one, and the reviews online make it seem quick and easy. The hotel were good with food though and if you need anything delivered to the room from the pharmacy they do this also. The flight home was the hardest part, the airport in Istanbul is huge and I'd never felt so weak trying to walk through it on my own. When I got home I nearly cried with happiness. Regarding vaser lipo, you have to wear a compression garment for 6 weeks and you have to get lymphatic drainage massages. These helped my recovery so much and just made me feel better all round. I got two per week at the start and now one per week. I would recommend 10-15 in total. I also was on antibiotics. I am 7 weeks post op now. I look and feel fantastic, my stomach is so flat. He removed 6 litres of fat and I have dropped a stone on the scales. It has really motivated me to work out and eat healthy. But the first 4 weeks are tough, your stomach is so painful, you can't sleep, walk or go to the gym so ensure your mental health is in a good place before you consider this surgery as I did find it difficult in the healing process. Regarding going back to work, I work from home so I was able to go back 3 days post-op but I would highly recommend a week off as your body is still in a state of shock. Regarding McCann I would definitely recommend to anyone, they are very professional and they know what they are doing. I was blessed everything went well as I was so scared to do this. It is a big operation, please be mindful of the reviews online that say you are back to normal in 2-3 days, I would give it a month.

Aug 01,2022Having surgery abroad, can be risky and daunting especially when you go alone. I did go alone and this company did not let me down at any point. They were there to pick me up from the airport and take me to and from the hospital. The staff were kind and lovely and so grateful that I picked a great company for my breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction on the front and back. I would recommended them highly and my surgeon Professor Alhan listened to my wishes and instructions and has now given me, a body that I can make further improvements to. The nurse team, visited as scheduled and further aided in my recovery. I am so grateful that I received a brilliant service.

Having a hair transplant can be a daunting experience for some; the staff of MCAN have been available and willing to provide any kind of assistance at all times. They’re extremely polite, courteous and efficient and do their upmost best to ensure all of their clients are well looked after.
