Great! Great! Work you are doing Dr Siva and Dr Kennedy. Thank you so much for your time and the willingness to tackle every question been asked.
Very informative, especially about how to check multiple boxes on applications with fewer activities, and interview information
It was very resourceful and informative and interactive which I enjoyed- I just felt it was a little too long so got a bit tedious towards the end
So helpful with cvs and how to make you stand out in the top!
A great opportunity to explore career opportunities in medicine and research skills. I got a deeper idea about medicine field. Thank you very much medic mentor organization for helping all the perspective students providing with various opportunities to build up our career in medicine field.
i loved seeing people around my age also talk about their experience with medicine. I also enjoyed the various amounts of talks we received that day. And I felt like it was quite interactive with the slido questions and being allowed to participate with the voting for posters, it really made it feel interactive.
I enjoyed seeing students present their own posters and seeing the various different perspectives. i find the topic useful as it will be a topic that comes up in our interviews.
Brilliant presentations by doctors, medical students, and aspiring medical students, dishing out valuable info on current events in NHS like the use of AI in medicine, and development of new treatments.
The meetings are so insightful and I actually find myself gaining a lot of things from it.
My experience was great as it very interactive. I loved how many different students were on it and the different perspectives they’d bring to asking questions and giving out the delivery’s of the amazing posters the MLP students did . The doctors and the topics they talked about were very interesting. The reason why I didn’t rank this 5 stars is the use of Vimeo as there were many technical problems and I think it would have been better in zoom or teams.
My experience of attending these conferences has been very enriching. From the number of speakers that I am able to listen to, I come away with new knowledge and valuable information that I will definitely make use of in the future.
I recently attended the MLP conference on Saturday the 20th of April. It was an incredible informative, interesting and engaging day filled with amazing talks given by current doctors, scholars and MLP students. I learnt so much from every single talk, all of which were incredibly beneficial for my medical school application. Shout out to Dr Dion for being an amazing host! Thank you so so much!!
I loved each and every one of the student presentations
With the help of experts guiding us through the different components, we were able to fully understand the process with ease. The team was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for guidance. Thank you for making this experience so positive and empowering for both my mom and me.
This company is exceptional. They delivered compact conference full of all the necessary information required for medical school. It is a great resource to finally have accurate knowledge upon volunteering, work experience and personal statements. I wouldn’t completely recommend to aspiring medical students.
Very confused by this company. My daughter was told about these courses by a school friend so I was looking into this with a view to sending her on one. Whilst all these reviews seem very complimentary there is another trust pilot page called medicmentor.co.uk that has some very dodgy reviews. This made me research a little further and then I came across a companies house page for Medic Mentor that shows the company is in administration currently and has total debts of over £920,000. Will I be using this company to train my daughter - i don’t think so way too many questions in my mind now.
It has been an amazing experience! Medic Mentor offers so many useful resources and opportunities to improve key skills that medic schools look for and that are important for a doctor. There is the virtual medical society, wider reading society, virtual work experience, writing for the magazine, competitions, etc. I was able to become part of the virtual medical society committee and they have provided teaching days to improve confidence, presenting ability, etc. I would definitely recommend Medic Mentor to anyone thinking about medicine.
Good presents with lots of helpful knowledge
It was amazing, the mentors are very welcoming and they cover a lot of areas for getting into medicine. They talked about the types of questions in UCAT, How to prepare for an interview, the entry requirements for uni, how to make yourself appeal from the ordinary and much more. It’s a virtual live conference so they can answer any questions and give suggestions! Overall it’s a good experience and I highly recommend it if you’re thinking to become doctor.

Apr 30,2024It was intensive but interesting, and gave a realistic idea of the difficulties involved in applying to study medicine.
