May 28,2021S613/11628/010945 TeamYabsley were friendly, very efficient and kept us informed (email and telephone) throughout the sale of our property. The online experience went well and the online forms, e-signatures etc were completed without any problems. The conveyancers initially appointed to undertake the sale of the property declined to continue at a late stage of the property purchase and Medway Law had to take over. We thus have a comparative experience to backup our excellent rating of TeamYabsley and Medway Law.

May 26,2021I wrote a review on the 12th May and thank you for the reply however the explanation wasn't factually correct. I have been trying to make contact since then but without any luck. What Medway fail to appreciate in the reply was I managed to find the contact and information for them and passed it on through the Agent - yet the items still remains unresolved. Your client wants this finished, both myself and my solicitor want you to confirm some very simple information, If you are going to reply don't try and make an excuse find out why your team hasn't done their job... Sorry about the additional TrustPilot review, but I'm hoping this will be treated more seriously than my ignored calls.

May 03,2021Everything was going okay but feel more chasing of the Buyers Solicitors should of been done to enable us to complete on time ie 56 days. Also took several days from when the questions were sent through to get them to us and then once the answers were submitted for them to be returned to the Buyers Solicitor on the Friday morning when we were due to complete on the following Monday. Sale eventually went through 11 days late when we were advised that the process would only take 56 days.
