I found that they were quite complacent, eager to get the sale through but not very good at looking after me as the client. Things weren’t forwarded and items brought up at the last minute that should have been delt with at the beginning of the process. Very good at charging too!

Mar 22,2021Sold as an Auction contract , but not an auction as no definitive end date. basically a normal contract of sale by agreement with a large up front deposit for auctioneers services, which is none returnable and kept by them whether the sale proceeds or not.so only the loss of that deposit is the only way to put pressure on the purchaser to complete.
