Apr 26,2021Everything progressed ahead of original planned timescales but it was a bit difficult to get ahold of lawyers to have a discussion the 48 hour SLA is a bit out of touch with the response rates of a modern business world but I understand is a factor of the business model, perhaps this should be better explained at the outset.

Apr 06,2021Despite buying an auction property on 11th December 2020, and being warned WE must complete within 56 days, Medway have still not completed the deal at their end, some 116 days later they still have not removed charges they knew about since October 2020. They told us this the day before we were due to complete. The relationship with I Am Sold means that we have now lost any fees and cannot withdraw and are at the mercy Medway. All we can do is wait for them to do nothing to progress the matter.
