Sep 06,2024trying to sell my late mothers house, we supplied the deed from the builder (mother was the first person to buy the house) Medway law insisted a reconstruction of the deed was needed as the original deed was not good enough, they raised the paperwork for the new deed and missed off half the property and then wanted to charge a second time to fix their mistake... communication is impossible, they do not answer the phone, they do not reply to phone messages and they are slow to reply to emails. when asked to return paperwork they only send half of the paperwork denying knowledge of other paperwork sent. this company is just a papermill and not customer centred, quality is very poor bordering on incompetence to the point they have caused a family rift between my brother and myself. DO NOT USE THEM

Jul 27,2024Do not under any circumstances use this company. They do not answer emails or calls, even after making numerous attempts to contact them, repeat emails about the same item from 3 people. They are the worst thieving crooks of all time that I have ever witnessed. I am an Brit who moved to the US, going through hell trying to finalize my house sale from the US, for 7 months and more I have watched his pain at trying to deal with these incompetents! They then use iamsold to send threatening emails to your conveyancing counsel, then ignore what that lawyer said. Look elsewhere for a solicitor, and don’t sell you’re house through iamsold either, just as guilty, but again happy to take the buyers cash.

I am an Australian with a partner going through hell trying to finalise his house sale from Oz, for 7 months and more I have watched his pain at trying to deal with these incompetent rogues! And seen his health take a toll Over something that should have been resolved in a matter of weeks. Look elsewhere for a solicitor, and don’t sell you’re house through Palmer Snell realestate either, just as guilty, but again happy to take you’re cash!
