Jul 04,2024We have a specialist mortgage and despite our bank being highly communicative and offering to liaise with Medway, Medway law decided they couldn't act for us, wasting a whole month of our time and effort. They couldn't even be bothered to call us to tell us this and instead did the old email late Friday afternoon to inform us. We were 'recommended' them via I Am Sold but it became fairly clear their 'paralegals' aren't interested in anything routine so didn't want to know. They never once responded to any of the emails we and the bank exchanged which they were copied into. It came across as they just want the easy jobs and aren't interested in you as a customer. The only blessing is we were at the start and it's good to know we are no longer with a company with such poor communication and customer services should any difficulties occur with our sale. Don't waste your time, effort and money with them.

It has been the easiest house sale we have ever had, with the legal side taken care of by the team of solicitors at Medway Law led by Catherine Clarkson. We are very grateful to all of you. Thank you for all your help, guidance and support. Although we have never met I feel that I know you well having been kept up to date throughout the process and been superbly supported and advised about the legal side and for those of us less familiar with computers for on line business.

Jun 19,2024Paid for an auction pack and they sent the solicitor a few documents with nothing labeled and it turned our half the information was missing and searches hadn't been ordered. Expensive service and they were only interested in billing rather than doing the work so my solicitor had to wait a week to reissue everything. Not recommend

May 03,2024We were updated at each milestone stage and team Patel discussed with us some more unusual issues that arose, so together we found a way forward. When things got started, progress was swift and Reeps Patel did a good job for us dealing difficulties posed by the buyer's solicitor. Completion was eventually 12 days ahead of the target 56 days. I've only deducted a star due to some difficulty to get through by phone sometimes, but sending an e mail always got a swift reply

Jul 09,2024A very different experience in selling a property but overall the sale was completed in a timely manner. Some difficulty in communication via the telephone which was frustrating. I had a problem to verify my address using the Credas system. Many forms of identification with address were submitted but failed the system. Eventually iamsold intervened and resolved the issue. Human intervention and common sense could have prevented the problem.
