This was the easiest most efficient purchase or sale I have ever made. It certainly helps having everything 'in house' but I was assigned Sarah-ann and her team ( lucky if you do) ....they kept me informed, they passed messages on efficiently and responded quickly if I had a question....all unusual in my previous experiences. They seemed accessible , on the ball and unfallingly pleasant. Whilst everything was done remotely I felt they knew who I was and which house was about ( S613/9204/009384). Thank you so much its such a nervewracking time and you made it easy

The attention to detail for a legal team was awful. You haven't even got my name right when you asked me to provide this review. I had to chase every step of the process. There were four attempts to get the contracts correct, with me having to ring them inbetween all adding delays to the process, when the promises were not kept.

I opted for Iamsold with their associated solicitor from Medway Law as there was a small discount. All solicitors are difficult to contact by phone once you've agreed to sign with them, but Medway Law wasn't as elusive as most I've had in the past. Overall a positive experience with completion on time.
