Dec 17,2020My property was sold at auction by iamSold at the end of October. Medway-Law then completed all the legal stuff (with money transferred into the bank) in seven weeks. This could have been a complicated process as there were two Power of Attorney's involved. However, the process was efficiently and effectively managed on-line with all parties being informed as we progressed. The Medway-Law App was used to provide required information and another App was used to verify identities - all very impressive.

As in all house sales there were a couple of problems along the way, and I was grateful for the calm and professional way in which these were resolved. In the final stages they went the extra mile to ensure that completion happened to the deadline.
