Oct 06,2021There was a sign outside the practice, and also again on the screen by the receptionist, saying masks must be worn. All the patients were wearing masks but there was a workman and delivery driver who were walking around the reception area without a mask. Nothing was said to them. They could have been carriers of the virus. I have my mother living with me who is 92 years old, and I have tried very hard to keep her safe over the last 18 months. Very disappointed that your own regulations are not being followed considering this is a medical practice. The nurse who carried out my test was very efficient.

After doing the bookings for my husband & myself I was emailed 3 receipts. When I called Ellie - equally as pleasant - immediately sorted it out for me & has refunded the extra payment. I couldn’t have had a better experience - thank you.

Oct 04,2021The invigilator was on-time and very polite. The test was carried out with polite support and the results were easy to upload with an image of my passport. The certificate of testing was returned via e-mail within 20 minutes.

The nurse who administered the test was super and made the experience a positive one. Sub-1 hour turnaround of results. Thanks to the Medwyn team!

Sep 28,2021Received excellent service from Medwyn Staff. Right from the start: Website is clear to understand. It was straight forward ordering the travel kits, received the kits the following day. Booking the appointments and perform the supervised On-line Video Test was easy. Once the test was completed, I received the Certificate within the hour. I have to perform another test before returning to the UK and I trust this will go as smoothly just the same. I am glad I chose to have the Test done through Medwyn.

Sep 28,2021Medwyn proved highly responsive when we ran into problems. The initial pre-return test was done efficiently, with hand-holding in ensuring that the photos were correctly returned. One of our boxes for the pcr 2-day test proved empty, but Medwyn responded rapidly and sent us a replacement in time to do the test on the second day. Our final issue was self-imposed, when a registration could not be completed because the bar code was mislaid. Medwyn provided the relevant details with 15 minutes. Problems are inevitable with a complicated set of requirements such as these. The test of a company is whether it responds to fix them rapidly.

Sep 27,2021Our same day PCR Fit for Travel test was taken by 10.00 on a Saturday morning. Lovely friendly staff who explained exactly what they were doing. Requested a receipt as we could claim back from cruise company. This was produced immediately. Results received by 19.00 the same day taking a little of the stress away. Would definitely use them again if the need arises
