Apr 27,2025Avoid Klass Wagen at all costs. They are nothing more than dirty thieves preying on customers. When I picked up the car, it was clear they hadn’t inspected it after the previous renter. They tried to hand over a car with four damages, including a broken side mirror, and expected me to just sign off on it. In spite of these damages were visible, there was only one damage marked on their sheet (there was no visible damage on the car where it was marked on the sheet). Unfortunately, there was a small dent on the car that I have not noticed at the handover, probably because it was dark. Upon the car return, I have got accused straight for the dent by the guy who was doing the paperwork. When I asked him how come they have not noticed these damages befor they gave me the car he answered that the DO NOT CHECK the cars if one buys the insurance instead using credit card for deposit. These thieves then robbed me of 700 euros for that small dent that was there before, and I am guessing it is still there and stays there, they won't fix the car. Their entire setup feels like a scam operation. Stay far away unless you want to be ripped off and treated like garbage. I would rather walk than use them again, disgusting people, disgusting service.

Apr 26,2025La location de mon véhicule avec Klass Wagen s'est très mal déroulé. Nous ne voulions pas prendre l'assurance et nous avons été menacé et forcé à la prendre. La femme hongroise qui nous as reçu était très arrogante et nous as fait des commentaires comme "bonne chance si vous ne prenez pas l'assurance", "c'est certain qu'au moment du retour du véhicule vous aurez des problèmes", "nous vérifierons chaque rayure" "cela vous coutera plus cher!". C'est insupportable ce genre d'aptitudes, nous louons des voitures tous les mois et nous savons ce que nous faisons, si nous ne voulions pas prendre d'assurance, c'était notre choix ! nous aurions assumer les conséquences, mais non ensuite nous avons été forcés, puisque cette même femme nous as obligé à la prendre à cause du fait que nous n'avions pas de carte de crédit sur nous, nous n'avions qu'une carte de débit ! Or cela n'a pas été sont argument de départ, de plus nous louons toujours des voitures avons notre carte de crédit dans d'autres pays et sans problèmes. Je vous déconseille fortement cette agence ! a fuir ! PS: après une réservation, ils vous envoi un mail pour vous proposer une réduction sur votre prochaine réservation (réduction très attractive) contre un avis, donc méfiez-vous des avis positif à leur sujet !

Apr 26,2025Under no circumstance ever rent from this company. It is a complete scam. We were first given a car that was so beat up we took multiple pictures to make sure that they knew of the issues. Unfortunately the car started having trouble as soon as we arrived at our location and it had to be returned and swapped out the next day. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and my husband didn't take pictures of the next car but it was in a very similar situation but at least it ran. They did a walk-through and I have pictures that show all of the things that they agreed on. When we returned it a week later and they did the inspection he overheard that we didn't get pictures and he mysteriously found two spots that he claimed there was a scratch on one spot and that there was a scratch under the rubber part of the bumper. They are withholding $1,400 out of the money that they held which was over $3,000 for a supposed repair that we all know that they will never do. He knew pics were taken on the first car and that he forgot and took advantage because we are from the US. I am still fighting it. But you need to know. And they are NOT at the airport like it sounds like.

Apr 23,2025I've rented cars with then multiple times, including my most recent trip at the end of December and every experience has been fantastic. The process is smooth, the cars are always in great condition and the service is friendly and reliable. Even when something unexpected has come up, they have always handled it fairly and professionally. They've found solutions that left me completely satisfied every time. It's that kind of customer care that keeps me coming back—I’ve already rebooked another car for an upcoming trip! All in all, I’ve never had a bad experience and I truly can’t recommend them enough.

Apr 23,2025Price was competitive. Car was clean. We had no mechanical problems with it. yet, wind screen wipers did not work properly and it was difficult driving through rain. In addition we paid for a new car and our had more than 70K km on the clock, not exactly a new car. Finally, we would advise adding Whatsapp as a mean of communication with the office (in addition to phone and e-mail).

Apr 23,2025My preferred partner for car rental in Budapest BUD-195512205599690 is my reservation number for the last rental in march. I travel regularly to Hungary and always use KlassWagen: kind people, good cars, good transfer to the airport. I had an issue with a small accident (broken mirror) but with the full insurance I had no problem, question or whatsoever. What should be expected from full insurance coverage. Perfect.

Apr 21,2025I booked a car from the UK and paid for a premium bundle including comprehensive insurance. When I wanted to pick up the vehicle, the Klass Wagen staff told me if I did not chode their own more expensive bundle, and evan a 2 cm scratch was found, I would be charged a minimum of €1,550. In addition, the staff told me that "my colleague will find the 2 cm", so he implied I would be charged no matter what. He ignored that I have already paid for a premium bundle, and did not accept that I have already paid a deposit. He was a brazen, cynical liar.

Apr 20,2025Avoid This Car Rental Company Absolutely the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, this company made it painfully obvious that their main goal is to deceive customers through hidden fees and high-pressure tactics. We clearly explained that we already had full coverage insurance, yet the agent tried to force us into buying their overpriced insurance anyway. When we pushed back, he started rattling off an endless list of terms and conditions—clearly trying to intimidate and confuse us into submission. It felt like a deliberate scam, cloaked in legalese. To make matters worse, our flight was delayed (not our fault), and they had the nerve to add late fees just because we didn’t show up on time. Then came the kicker: they tried to charge us extra just for having Apple CarPlay in the car. And at 2am, instead of having our vehicle ready, we were told we had to wait another half hour for it to arrive after going over the endless terms and conditions and the sales guy drawing it on paper. Bottom line: This place operates with shady practices and preys on travelers who are tired, stressed, or unfamiliar with the fine print. Save yourself the headache and rent from a reputable company that doesn’t rely on deception to make a profit.

Apr 19,2025Lief alles Super, bis auf Kaution mit Kreditkarte. Hatten eine Debit von unserem Sohn, wurde leider nicht angenommen. Mussten dann Vollkasko nehmen. Bezahlung ging mit Maestro. Der Rest alles Top gewesen. Würde sie wieder nehmen
