Oct 16,2024Ordered my umbrella in March of 2024, at time of ordering delivery was expected in 2 weeks. NEVER received an update on my order, was charged in full. I reached out to customer service in May and was advised my umbrella color was on backorder, again no updates, then reached out again September and was all of a sudden advised they would ship my umbrella once I requested a refund. The lack of communication about the back ordered status and then lack of any updates on the order were very disappointing. I still received a ton of marketing emails.

Oct 15,2024We received the umbrellas within the promised time and in excellent condition. The yellow 9’, black pole is quite stunning. However, the yellow is much more saturated in color than represented in the online photos. It is closer to a ‘school bus yellow’ than the almost fluorescent yellow represented online. I’m hoping that once they are opened and in the sun they will appear less saturated in color. I will find out this next spring. Can’t beat the sale price! Great value!

Oct 15,2024After researching a variety of umbrella suppliers, we purchased 2 of the "Lean" umbrellas for our deck. The warranty, the features, and the reviews convinced us to spend a little more to get a much better product. The umbrellas arrived extremely quickly, they were extremely high quality, and very easy to set up and operate. One of the umbrellas was for an outdoor kitchen area and the pole had to be modified slightly... In my haste I messed up drilling a hole, so I contacted Midtown to ask about purchasing a new bottom piece of the pole. They told me they would send a replacement FREE OF CHARGE... Wow! I was blown away by the customer service! We will definitely recommend Midtown Umbrellas to others and if we need additional umbrellas we would absolutely purchase here again!

Oct 14,2024Midtown Umbrellas is great with backing up its product and service. My patio umbrella's string broke after a year, and after I sent them photos of the problem, they sent out a brand new one without cost. The quality of the their umbrellas are great but for me it was the service they provided that impressed me.

Oct 10,2024The good -- communication during ordering & shipping. Other than the 2 holes in the canopy the umbrella looks good and is easy to operate. Once I was able to get a message to y'all (see Bad) concerning the canopy you quickly took care of a fix by sending a replacement canopy. The bad—It could be improved by standing behind your product when something goes wrong, as it did with my umbrella. It took too many back-and-forth emails to get compensation for the inconvenience caused by a defective canopy. Something is not working for what passes as 2 email addresses = warrant@ and support@ were returned due to either a bad mailbox address or the mailbox not accepting emails. Got one address from company rep over the phone and the other from lit that came with umbrella. Made contact thru your website 'Contact Us' link.

Oct 05,2024We had an umbrella that we previously purchased from Midtown umbrellas. There was a mechanism on one of the arms that did not allow us to close the umbrella after it was opened. Midtown umbrellas replaced the umbrella at no cost. We are happy with our umbrella. Thank you.

Oct 05,2024If you are going to entice people to provide an email to get a discount code, then the discount code should work whether or not there is a sale on. Either allow "discount stacking" or suspend the email discount pitch when you are having a sale. Felt like a bait and switch
