Sep 28,2024Refund not given after over 1 month now, even after they approved and received the returned item. Returned The Push and Pop umbrella because it is incredibly difficult to open. Customer service was initially helpful but I have yet to receive my refund.

Midtown was on every list 2) FABRIC: Sunbrella & Terylast - Got one of each. Color selection was great. Both texture thick and woven with long color-safe warranties (5 and 10 year.) 3) STRUCTURE: High quality aluminum with aluminum ribs. 4) EASE OF USE: I chose the Lean, easy one-step crank. 5) COST: Good deal for quality. Better deal with Labor Day Sale. 6) SERVICE: Shipped within one day of order and arrived in three. FIVE STARS.

Sep 09,2024Learned the hard way that I was sold a defective umbrella cover with a small hole in the top. Removed the cover after a rain storm to get soaked by water after releasing the drawstring, and had to spend an entire day scrubbing mold spores by hand because your POS 100% plastic umbrella canopies can't be machine washed. Thanks for the mold sickness!

Sep 06,2024We ordered the base for our umbrella, and the wrong one was sent. Called and the guy said that was a problem with the Slight model, and to reorder and call him and he would change it there. If it is a known problem, why don’t you fix it??

Our pool is not quite finished to give it a true test, but on unboxing the umbrella is very simple to operate, lightweight, and also very sturdy feeling at the same time. It did have some very slights stains on the very top but that gets covered up by a cap. We also bought from other websites to try multiple materials and this one seems the best and it shows higher or lower prices are not always a good judge of products.
