Jan 07,2023Before you order- keep in mind, these come from Asia! An Asian M is NOT the same as a US M!! I knew this, followed the sizing charts, and ordered anywhere from a L to an XL in all of my items (I usually wear a M). They fit fine, but keep in mind the pants will look a little funny if you have a larger rear end (they are not going to be cut to accommodate a butt like it is in the US). The items arrived within about 3 weeks (as to be expected coming from overseas) and my order was all correct. I take away a star for the quality of the product. While I liked everything, there was some unfinished seams at the bottoms of some bows on the pajamas I ordered, and some seams were not as clean on a hoodie. But all still adorable and absolutely would order again! Just manage your size expectations y'all! Not everything in the world revolves around your U.S. sizing/shape!

Jan 07,2023I have ordered from this place like 5 or 6 times. Everything I order arrives the way I ordered it and in great condition. It obviously takes a little while to get to me, like 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes even 4 weeks, but I'm patient enough to wait for it.

I love each and every one of the things I bought and they manage to stand the test of time with the oldest article of clothing being almost 3 years old now. The shipping took pretty much a month for me, but that's to be expected when you live in Australia. Everything takes forever to ship here!! Other than that, I don't have any problems. I highly recommend buying from Modakawa for cute and fashionable clothes.

Jan 02,2023I ordered from the company to get my sister for her birthday in November but it took 2 months for it to arrive in December. There is no washing instructions on any of the items. I ordered a sweater, dress, sweatshirt, and a skirt. The sweater dress combo came first but the sweater started falling apart after the first day of wearing it. The dress didn’t fit around my chest. So I asked them to cancel the second part of my order, and a return label, and refund for the order. They only refunded my sweater that was destroyed and they still haven’t sent me a return label. I am still fighting with the company today ( Jan,1, 2023) for the refund and I will be going to my bank.

Dec 31,2022If I could give them less than one star I would. The merchandise took forever to arrive, it was not as pictured. It was cheap and terribly made. No shipping labels in the package when it arrived. When I asked to return it via email. (There is no return policy or section on their website ) they told me shipping back to China is expensive so maybe I should give it to a friend! I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Paid way to much for a stupid jacket that wasn't what it showed then bogus customer service. Run, don't walk away from this company.

Dec 31,2022Garbage products and terrible customer service, made me pay to ship the return to China, which was $64 at the absolute cheapest, and wouldn't give me more than a 20% refund for dysfunctional clothing that would look terrible on anyone. They say you can have a full refund but if you're paying $64-$250 just to return it, that takes away from how much money you get back. Or they give you 20% refund for bad merchandise. Either way you get screwed.
