Oct 24,2022I got a bag that was made to look like a large duffle bag in all the images and even next to models to made it look like a big bag. I got it and it’s only slightly bigger then a handbag, bearing in mind I paid £30 for this plus postage. I then complained and asked to return it as it was so small and they said I would have to pay to ship it back to china which would cost more then I paid for the bag and that they would only offer me a 20% discount instead of a refund.

Oct 11,2022Very disappointed. I ordered a shirt, skirt suspender set. It took a long time to get anything and when I did i was only the shirt. Ive sent several emails to try and get this resolved but have never got anything back from them. I wont order from them again and dont recommend them at all.

Oct 06,2022I've ordered from modakawa a few times now and I want to say that their quality is nice. Though some of their items are a bit overpriced, I'd say this site is more safe to purchase from than others. So far, I haven't gotten a faulty product, and hope that it stays that way.

Oct 06,2022Shipping was fairly slow, but the dress I received was good quality for the price I paid. However, the sizing is very different than US sizing, and the site wouldn't let me leave a review stating this. The dress was too small because I went off of the review of another customer. In order to get a refund, I'll have to pay to mail the dress back to China, which I understand. However, the situation is not ideal, and I don't see buying from this site again because their sizing is so small. If you're a smaller person--like XS, S, or M in US sizing--this site is probably okay to buy from. You'll just want to be careful and cautiously go off of their size chart. Ignore what the reviews say. I believe only the favorable reviews get posted.

Sep 29,2022Please do not buy from this site. The clothing is overpriced compared to the other sites with the SAME clothing and images. I wrote a reviews on the site itself but it's nowhere to be found days later. There's also no way to return items on the site! I ordered an oversized cardigan and didn't get what was pictured, it has the same item number. I got that "restriction" dress with the cat ears on the hood, and the sleeves were too short and the hood was too small. The only things that were correct was the half sweater and hat. When I reverse image search the oversized cardigan, because I really wanted that, it was in 4 other sites, sames images and for cheaper. I'm sure I would have gotten the same disappointing item. Not only that but 2 of these sites had the SAME fake reviews. So I'm stuck with these items and out so much cash. If you see something on their site, reverse image search the item and buy it somewhere else for cheaper.

Sep 28,2022I ordered some tops and a cargo pants and they arrived after 2 weeks. I was surprised at the quality and was honestly skeptical ordering on this site, but they're pretty well made. I wasn't expecting a shirt that i bought to be of silky material but i loved it! i had to cut the button hole for the cargo pants like any mass produced pants. i'm overall satisfied and am ordering more from Modakawa again!

Sep 21,2022Hab zwei Kleidungsstücke bestellt und war positiv überrascht von der Qualität des Materials. Die Bilder auf der Website zeigen auch exakt was man bekommt. Also auch hier ist alles in Ordnung. Die Größe der Kleidung sollte man etwas größer wählen, als man es gewohnt ist. Auch die Zentimeter Angaben in der Größentabelle sind zu optimistisch. Hat man zum Beispiel M, dann wählt man lieber L. Ich kaufe ab jetzt gerne öfter ein!

Sep 20,2022Very disappointed. First I tried to leave a review on the website and it refused to let me. And When I received my order the shorts did not have a hole for the button. I contacted the company and they told me it was perfectly normal and that I would have to cut it myself. for the price I paid I expect my clothes to be finished and not for me to have to risk messing them up myself. The quality of the items are also very cheap. Could find The same quality if not better on shein.

Sep 09,2022We ordered a dress & it’s too small. Now they won’t refund our purchase. They have asked that we ship it back, pay the shipping and then they will refund us 20% of the purchase price. This is the worst shopping experience. They could make it right by sending the correct size and a prepaid return envelope for returning the dress that’s too small.

Sep 06,2022Hi, I ordered your Chic Pure Color Long Slip Dress but when the dress arrived today and I unpacked the package at the first sight they looked really good but after i put them on they were too big for me even that I ordered size S the smallest size but that was the only thing they were transparent like a lot I could see my underwear. Onec I ordered your Cosplay Martin Boots Lace-up High Heel and they are amazing I wear them almost every day so they are slightly damaged but still perfect. I'm really disappointed I believe that you will improve the quality of your products.

Oct 25,2022I received my order yesterday, and it took about 3 weeks to arrive as expected, and I am absolutely in love! The best thing about Modakawa is that the clothing they sell is very unique. I have ordered many items from them, and I have received compliments for every piece of clothing. The quality is very good, the hoodies are actually thick and warm unlike other hoodies from most online stores. I definitely think it is worth the price.
