Very cute item selection. My package came in on time if not earlier. The quality was even better than expected.

I ordered 1 two piece set and 1 three piece set. In total 5 items plus a bag. The bag arrived and only one piece of each set. In the order is clearly written that I bought a two- and a three-pieces set. I am a normal S but ordered an M which is still too small. The quality is not good. You can see the stitches which are supposed to be unseen and the white shirt has several dark spots in the front and in the back. I thought it was a Japanese or Korean company- but it is just the regular chinese stuff but this time really overprized. I am curious if I get my money back or if the missing pieces will be still delivered.

Very low quality products. I order shorts, you know that little hole in the shorts that you put the button through to close the shorts? Yeah mine didn't have this hole. I ordered a backpack and one of the buckles were missing off the side and the shoulder straps just broke off. I had this backpack for 2 months. I was not going to write a review but this stuff is so cheap. I'm a fan of kawaii attire, for your sake just shop elsewhere. The price is not worth the product you get. I got a single pair of free socks as a reward for spending a certain amount. You cannot chose the size of the socks... they are small...

First time ordered here and i didnt received my package yet. It’s been almost TWO months. I tracked my pacakge and it stopped on November. I contacted to customer service and replied my email really late without no solution. So i contacted to whatsapp and they read my message but no answer. What a horrible costumer serivce. Do not buy here.

I love the choice of cute outfit sets that Modakawa offers and from my first order experience, the shipping time was decent and to be expected from a company delivering from overseas. I’d give 5 stars for the outfit styles but it’s a massive shame that even with XL sizing (which is their largest option on offer) it’s a squeeze for me at a size 14. I’m chesty (size 36C / 80C cup) with wide hips so although I LOVE the style of outfits on Modakawa, I’d advise that unless you are small chested (maximum A cup) and a size 10-12 at the largest, these outfits just won’t suit your body type. The outfits are so cute but quite expensive for the quality of material. I’d probably only pay ½ the price if I were able to inspect the material quality in a shop. It’s such a shame! As with an overseas delivery company, returns are at your expense if you change your mind, which will always cost more in money and time to bother with. Guess my other choice is to either donate it to my teenaged sister or start hitting the treadmill like a demon… oh! And get a breast reduction! Maybe I can use the outfit as my “goal weight” prize. Haha! Anyway, I digress. In summary: Modakawa offers extremely cute clothes that are definitely not for plus sized peeps! Someone needs to start a business offering cute Asian-styled fashion for bigger ladies…OOOH! There’s are idea…!

The first time I ordered from this website, the shipping time was extraordinarily long, but did eventually receive my orders. Recently, I tried ordering some more clothing but messed up my order. I immediately contacted the email on their website as well as their Instagram and have yet to receive any response. I figured it would probably just take a little while, as their website says 24 hours, so I reordered with more items. I am still awaiting a response and I am worried that the package is going to ship before they even get back to me. I do not recommend buying from this website as the customer service and shipping times are terrible, especially for their expensive items. Hopefully they get back to me and can change my opinion of the site soon. I would also like to add that their replies on the reviews on this website are mundane and unhelpful. If you absolutely must order from them, make sure you get the order right the first time (discount codes, sizing, etc.)

Good quality clothing and great customer service! One of my recent experiences: I got confused about an item I had ordered, so I contacted Modakawa about it. They politely informed me that I had ordered an item that was labeled "preorder" and that an additional 40 days would be needed before it could be processed. I was a bit bummed out because I wanted it for Halloween, so I asked if I could instead trade it out for an item of equal or lesser value. Thankfully they allowed the exchange and I was very happy with my order. Modakawa has always been very prompt, accomodating and helpful. Everything I've ordered from the site has been made with good quality material, the products look the same as in the photos so you see what you get. (With the cute fluffy coats and PJ's, just be sure to handwash cold and line dry. Don't hang them in direct sunlight, the fibers are sensitive to heat) I've been burned by a lot of overseas shops, but this one is the only one that's had consistently good service. Can't recommend the site enough!

I got the set called "Colorblock Pocket Hoodie Pleated Skirt Two Pieces Set." It came relatively quickly for something shipping from China, which was nice. However the problem I had was with the skirt of the set. The top was nice, but the skirt was only pleated in the front (which is the only side they show in the pictures), which looks very stupid to be honest. Like the back is just one big panel of cheap fabric, which doesn't look nice at all. I'll have to buy another skirt to match the top elsewhere, because it really is a cute top, but the skirt looks very off due to the pleating only being on one side, and it's very disappointing considering the $60 I spent on it. So I'm not sure that they're a scam, but I would be wary about how much you're spending on the site and consider that the product you receive may not be what you expected.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Modakawa and the experience has once again been pleasant. The quality of their products have been really good so far in my experience and I’m particularly in love with my most recent order. Their communication is efficient and clear, and this is definitely not the last time I’ll be purchasing goods from them.

My order was split into 2 packages. One with one of the cheapest items showed up. However, the second package with the rest of my fairly large order is missing. The package was marked as delivered everywhere on tracking. However, they are requiring me to obtain documentation of an investigation from a last-mile delivery company I've never heard of. The delivery company is unreachable via phone, email, and website. I am out money, but have already warned friends away. Sad, because the one item I did receive was of decent quality, but it went with something from the other half of the order.

First time ordering from Modakawa and their products seem very nice quality. They were very helpful and nice with their customer service and quick to respond. Their pricing is not that bad, especially compared to other brands, and I can see they regularly have sales and offer gifts with purchases which is great!

Received a coat missing a button. Was told I can return it **at my expense**. I will never buy from this company again and urge you not to, either. The quality is low and customer service completely lacking.

80$ for the set? Isn't that too excessive? What is it made of? And no, I am not devaluing the work done and the hours and everything that goes with it, but, friends... how? It's similar to when they suddenly want to sell you a t-shirt for $50 because it's not usual to find it in a physical store, don't fck me. And on top of that, an XL is for 60-70kg, really? And they are able to put PLUS SIZE, they have no shame... They are supposed to sell worldwide... what does XXL represent? and a XXXL? Oh God. When I, being an XL, the only thing I could think about is I got fat or what the hell is going on? The sizes are ridiculous. And if you realize they sell some things that aliexpress sells at exorbitant prices...

The products are NOT high quality. I don’t know if these other reviews are purchased, but this shop has low quality chinese products, like those expected from Aliexpress. Stiff, scratchy clothing, and inconsistent sizing. Clothes that come in a set and the listing says TWO PIECES have pieces missing and Modakawa refuses to send the missing pieces. They only offer 10% refund, and a discount off next purchase, however that means nothing because I don’t want to waste my money.

We have been buying from Modakawa for about 2 years now. They are a great company. Their products are high quality and their customer service is top notch. We have had a few problems with selections being out of stock and we get notified immediately. I love their selection. Very trustworthy.

Firstly the clothes from modakawa are of really great quality and look just like the pictures present, the material of their various sweaters are really good too! Secondly, the help staff are very responsive, polite and helpful! I regularly shop from here!
