Jun 06,2022the actual sign is very nice but you wanted me to review customer service.I have had to order my sign 3 times and still not right the first time was my fault I misspelled a name second time you spelled name wrong and was told would be fixed with better spacing and all in lower case but I did not request that change as originally I ordered to uppercase the first letters of names asked why it had to be all in lower case was told I had to send a picture of first order to prove that's what I ordered I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SAME PERSON THE ENTIRE TIME her name is Rachel it's all in the emails well I was told rest assured it would be corrected but when I opened the box it's still wrong all lower case. You might respond to emails fast but not reading them all the way. Not having last sign fixed because I'm really tired of dealing with this will probably be wrong again. Won't order from here again
