Jun 01,2019Wring item arrived, once I contacted them they said their website is confusing and they are rebuilding it! I tried to sort the problem but the best they could do was a 20% discount if I reordered on a $160 item. Their competitors presision arts America made me a new item for $80!! The customer care from Moments Engraved is very very poor!! Don't use this company use Presision Arts USA same item LESS THAN HALF PRICE

Feb 09,2019Supposed to come in box arrived in a bit of loose cardboard that the product had fallen out of and been damaged. They have refused to give me my money back despite providing photographic evidence. Their product is not fit for purpose!! Please share as they keep removing my comments so they can keep on ripping people off. I also explained that i had ordered it because my husband was very ill and I was going to put them ( being his first and last name) on the wall in memory of him but they couldn’t care less.

Sep 30,2019I bought a monogram for my dads 60th birthday, it came out amazing, he loves it! Their customer service was great, we were told it would take 4 weeks and we received it within two weeks! Couldn't be more pleased.
