I placed my order in November 2019 and was given an absolute guarantee that my order would arrive in time for Christmas, as it was placed before their cutoff date of December 2, 2019. Despite several emails to confirm that the order was on track in production, and would be shipped in time, WELL, IT WASN’T!!! I was left with zero response, no call back, no detail as to why the item never arrived on time. Not only did I NOT receive a tracking number, I NEVER received the product in time for Christmas. They have excuses upon excuses that they are busy, doubled their orders, etc. Now I’m being told that they had a act of Mother Nature as a flood), that damaged my parcel and it will need to go back to production! It’s made of metal - why would it need to go back to production and not just packaging??? Another tactic or excuse for failing to deliver. I’m further sent a $20 gift card as compensation for non-delivery, adding insult to injury. I would never buy another product here as the very first order still hasn’t been produced/shipped/arrived!!! The customer rep that sent the last email says they are located in California, however, no address is available on the website, nor can you leave any customer review on their webpage all of a sudden! Only post about their satisfied customers From before, , but do not allow customers from Christmas orders to post!! The address according to Better Busness Bureau (BBB) is: 245 Mechanic Rd Hillsdale, MI 49242-1072 (not anywhere near California). According to weather stations, there have been ZERO floods in Michigan over the Christmas holiday week!!! What is happening here ????

HORRIBLE customer service. I received an e-mail on 9-December that my order was getting ready to be shipped. On 17-Dec I received a mass e-mail explaining how busy the company is and that there was an explanation on the website detailing delivery of orders placed before 2-Dec (to which there was no such posting ANYWHERE on the website and I have screen shots to prove it). I send an e-mail requesting my anticipated delivery date and did not hear from anyone until 27-Dec!!!! The response was simply 'delivery is expected 4-6 weeks!! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

The product arrived today late for Christmas with a £34 postal charge. These people are a bunch on clowns and absolute bloody rubbish. Never Never Never Never use them. Take your money, late deliver and don't cover the carriage

I placed my order on nov 29 with the guarantee that i will received the order by christmas, i started emailed them on December 10 following up if the order was process and when it will be shipped, i got a response 2 days later saying that since they do custom orders, it takes from 3 - 4 weeks for them to produced the item!! Plus 1 more week for shipping. I emailed them back saying that based on their information, they guarantee delivery before Christmas if ir was order by dec 2, i got another email back just saying “you will receive your order by Christmas”. As of today, i still haven't received anything yet. I just send another email to get my money back I’m waiting for their response. I can recommend you NOT TO Order from this company, they are no responsible with their orders and they dint care about their customers. It’s a Scam company.!!!!

Like many other customers leaving reviews I too placed an order, on the 2nd December, this was the cut off date for Christmas deliveries. I've emailed a few times, one email assures me I'd receive the item for Christmas. It never came. All I'm told now is they will let me know once tracking becomes available. I have been blocked from leaving comments on Facebook now. Extremely disappointing and I feel they knew my order would most definitely not be dispatched in time for Christmas. So dishonest and misleading. I will not be recommending them or ordering from them again. Update 28.12.19 received an email saying due to flooding my item was damaged and therefore gone back into production. Company offered 20% gift voucher. A couple of hours later receive an email saying my item has been shipped. Email contained a tracking link that doesn't work. I've emailed them asking to clarify if my item has gone back into production due to damage OR has it infact been shipped? This has not been a smooth customer experience at all. I shall update if my item ever arrives. Being told I'd have the item for Christmas was very misleading. Updated 29th december: emailed to say my item will be shipped January 3rd. So, after all that and the assurance it would be here for Christmas I don't think my item was ever going to be ready for Christmas. Just wish they'd been honest about it to begin with.

I was promised that I would receive my order before Christmas but haven’t received anything. Now they have said that they had a flood in their plant and will need to start all over again. They offered a $25 gift card. I’m not sure how they feel that would make things right. I just want my money back at this point. I certainly do not plan on making any future purchases!

Same complaint as several people here. I ordered several items in late November for a Christmas delivery. Sent several emails requesting delivery information and when they bothered to respond they said; "Since you place your order before our cutoff date, you will receive your order in time for Christmas." Well Christmas is over and I never received the products. Update: I received an email stating the item has shipped with a delivery of January 3rd. I had already informed the company, it will not be accepted. My suggestion to people here is file complaints with your bank and the BBB and refuse the order, They are doing the same to us by refusing to be honest and respond properly and in a timely manner to the issues they themselves have created. My plans for this item as a Christmas gift have failed and therefore it is of no use or value to me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a fraud company! They are a SCAM! I ordered on Nov 24 and they charged my credit card for my order. We have tried contacting them numerous times by phone and email. They never reply! We were promised that if the order was placed before Dec 2nd that we would receive our order well before Christmas. This is Christmas Eve and we have no gift! Again, Do No Order From this company.

Saw an ad for Moments Engraved on Facebook and thought a custom item from them would be the perfect Christmas/housewarming gift for my daughter and her husband for their new home. Placed an order on line on November 19, 2019. Item was to be shipped to me at my home in Glendale, California. I received an e mail confirmation of my order (shown as #41523) and the purchase amount ($82.13) was charged against my VISA credit card that same day. On December 12, 2019 I received an e mail which said my order number had been shipped via UPS, UPS Worldwide Expedited to "Steve Murphy" at an address on Ontario, Canada!!! It included a tracking number which showed that it was in fact shipped to a Mr. Murphy in Ontario. I called Moments Engraved and left a message describing the problem and also left the same information on their website. On December 15 I received an e mail from "Amy" at ME that simply provided me with the same tracking number. I e mailed back to Amy telling her that her message didn't help me and I once again described the problem. Her e mail response indicated that "I shouldn't worry" and that she would "escalate this to our our Customer Service Manager" and get back to me "as soon as possible." On December 17, 2019 I received what was clearly a generic e mail from "The Moments Engraved TEAM" that described how busy they were, assured me that any order received prior to December 2 would be delivered before Christmas, and that they appreciated my patience. So far the only thing that Moments Engraved promised that has actually happened is that, according to UPS, something with my order number was delivered before the holidays, on December 16, 2019. Unfortunately for me it went to Steve Murphy in Ontario, Canada!!!! I keep seeing ads for them on line pushing their products and have received three emails from them in the last 8 days telling me that I will get a discount on my next order!!!! It's insane that they keep pushing for new and re-orders when they can't deliver the orders they already have!!! Have reported them to the BBB but even though the amount of money is small I am not letting this go. UPDATE: While my multiple e mails to the company never resulted in a response that even acknowledged that they looked at the situation and saw that there was a problem, my BBB complaint did. Shorty after I filed my complaint ME e mailed that they were refunding my purchase price. Their response to the BBB indicated that the problem was with UPS. That may be, I don't know. If they had simply responded to my previous multiple e mails and phone inquiry saying that they saw the problem and would let me know that it was being resolved that would have been fine and I would have waited for a resolution. Instead they simply sent me multiple "congratulatory" e mails telling that I qualified for a great discount on my next purchase!!! They were trying to generate more orders when they couldn't fill the ones they already. They may make a great product that my daughter and son-in-law would have loved but I'll never know.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Before placing an order with this company in November I wrote to ask them if there was any chance it would get here in time for Christmas, they wrote back immediately saying that orders are currently taking 2-3 weeks, so it will definitely be here in time for Christmas. It was a generic order - a design direct from their website with just the initials and numbers different, nothing fancy, So in good faith I ordered from them. They took my money on that very day, plus a currency conversation fee and had I not kept writing to them myself, then I would have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them! EVERYTIME I messaged them asking if they could let me know what was happening with my order, they told me it will now be here in 3 weeks, but not to worry as I will definitely have it by Christmas!! I wrote back telling them how important this gift was for my Husband as I am very ill, but they ignored my message! I wrote again, saying that I will have to request a refund if it’s not going to get to me in time for Christmas! They soon wrote back to that message!!! They said said that I can’t have a refund because they only offer refunds within 24hrs of ordering!!!!!!!!!!!!! About 10 days before Christmas I was messaging them every single day asking what was happening as I still had NOT heard from them or received my order, and all they kept telling me was that they are waiting to hear back from their management - EVERY SINGLE DAY they said the same thing over and over - that they were still waiting to hear back from their management!!! They have lied to me since the very beginning of this order!!!!!! It has caused me so much stress and worry and has made the symptoms of my illness manifest tenfold!!! 3 days ago after still not getting ANYTHING AFROM THEM AT ALL, I went to send them another message to ask again what on Earth is happening, BUT THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME!!!! They have also blocked me from contacting them on their Facebook page, so I can no longer contact them at all anymore!!! It is now late on Christmas Eve - just a few hours before Christmas Day and guess what.....NOTHING!! I have not received my order and they’ve had my money for a month - almost £100!!! I am SO upset. I really wish I had not ordered from these despicable people!!!! I have had no choice but to leave this review in the hope that they might do the decent thing and refund my money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!

My Mom placed two orders with them around November 22nd for Christmas presents. Website says all orders placed by Dec 2 will deliver by Christmas. Well it’s Christmas Eve and we have yet to receive our orders. Better to be upfront and honest if you are unable to fulfill in the time frame stated. I can’t wait to see what she ordered if and when she ever gets it.

I am still waiting on my order and yes it was for a Christmas gift and now I have none. I read that I am not alone. I am also complaining to FB for letting them advertise on FB. I will be contacting BBB in their state. Such a bad company with false promises and will not respond by email!!!

Most DISHONEST company I have ever dealt with. Before ordering late November I queried if there was time to order and get it by Christmas in Australia. I specifically added if in doubt let me know. I was assured it would arrive and I would receive an email upon item being shipped. No email. 10th December I again queried if it was still on track to arrive and was assured again that it would. 20th December I messaged that still no email and it would now be impossible for me to receive before Xmas so would like to cancel and be reimbursed. Lots of messages saying they were ewaiting to hear back from management and from the manufacturer and would get back to me when they did. They are constantly stonewalling for time and have no intention of refunding. I have now contacted my bank and have began proceedings for a transaction dispute based on no product received. I am so angry and disappointed at this company's dishonesty and blatant disregard for their responsibilities. As this was a Xmas gift they have left me out of pocket and honestly have ruined my Xmas. All they had to do was be honest in their ability to get it made and posted by Xmas. UPDATE As I kept asking where my refund was they actually blocked me on Facebook and Messenger effectively cutting off all communication as Emails continue to go unanswered. I finally received a shipping notice and the gift I need for Xmas day will be here on the 3rd January. What good is that? UPDATE Now this company is offering $20 for a positive review here on Trustpilot as they are concerned about the amount of bad reviews they have received. Buying reviews! This company has NO ETHICS at all.

First time buyer. Ensured by email that if I placed my order before the Dec. 2nd deadline I would receive my order for Christmas. It is Dec 20th, have not received confirmation my order has been shipped (to Canada) They do not respond to email, voicemail, and they do not answer the phone during business hours. BUYER BEWARE! Very bad customer service! I am now concerned about the quality of product I have ordered. I hope I have not been taken. Will update UPDATE: I received my order on December 31st. I am very pleased with the quality of the product. I would purchase again and would make sure in advance of any busy season. I changed my rating from 1 to 4

I ordered a product on November 25 and have not received it yet. I have sent emails, txts and Kent voice messages to inquire when I can expect my order. Still no response!! So far not happy at all with this company.

Be aware. These people have taken my money and delivered nothing. Their courier has admitted my parcel is lost but I can get no sense out of Moments Engraved. Just the same robotic replies that they “will let me know when we hear from the management”. I have paid up front in good faith and also paid nearly £20 in import tax for nothing. Courier will only deal with the company and the company doesn’t give a toss. Thanks for wrecking Christmas. Update: regarding the reply below. No one has been in touch with me at all. I have not had any emails and none of this information has been relayed to me via Messenger or PayPal. Further update: two weeks later it has turned up, or I should point out that its replacement has turned up, albeit late again! Product itself is very nice if rather pricey for what it is. However the magnet fixing kit which I paid for in addition is chipped and metal shards stuck in my fingers as I opened it. Supplier seriously needs to review their contract with their delivery company because this has been enormously stressful and not something I would want to repeat. I’ve elevated the star rating but UPS’s constant failures have had a detrimental impact.
