It would seem we are all having the same problem. I ordered a piece on dec. 3rd for my daughters wedding on Jan 18. I still have not received it and today is Jan 29. No phone contact and the person, Angelie, on email will not put me in touch with a manager. They didn’t waste any time charging my credit card. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don’t have the item ordered as they tried to charge me twice for delivery. They are refusing to refund my money as UPS has the item and does not return it them. They are trying to say it is my problem and not theirs.

I received my order today and I‘m very happy with them. They are as advertised, in size, material and shape. Ok, I had to wait sometime to get my order processed, but customer service was very helpful. I will certainly order again.

This company spews lies. They lied about their Christmas guarantee. They lied about the "flood" that damaged their products (even though they claim their products have a 2 lifetime guarantee... or is that a lie too?) And now they've mass emailed customers begging for a good review, to essentially spread more lies. DO NOT BUY!!! Will NEVER recommend. I'm sorry I bought from them in the first place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. This was evident when I contacted Moments Engraved about the finished product delivered to me. I begged for a phone call from them to better explain the problem and was told their phones were not currently working (despite them having a voicemail at an 800 number). They only want to deal with customers via text and email. I even sent in pictures of my item and the computer generated "preview" and pointed out the issues. They saw nothing wrong and were completely unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. There are plenty of other metal wall-hanging companies out there and those will get my business from this point on.

After the horrible experience I've had with this joke of a company I've received another email crying that they've received too many poor reviews on this site and they are now pleading for good reviews... I thought I'd share my true experience with this company: Like most reviews on here i placed my order on Nov. 24 with a "guarentee" that if my order was placed before Dec. 2 it was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. I wrote to them on Dec. 2 informing them that I still had not received an email about shipping. I wrote to them again on Dec. 20 stating the same thing to which they told me my product was still in production, but "orders placed before Dec 2 are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas". On the 17th they also sent out a mass email ensuring anyone who ordered before the 2nd will get their order before Christmas. I wrote to them again on the 23 and the 24 and still they said it was to be delivered before Christmas. The holiday came and went and I, along with many other angry, gift-less customers did not receive their order with this "christmas guarantee". They then went on to sell me this lie that my sign was damaged in a flood. 1. Why was i only informed AFTER you failed on your promise and 2. How can a product that has a 2 LIFETIME GUARANTEE get damaged by a flood. If I had been informed a week or whenever BEFORE Christmas that they had too many orders and that they would not be able to deliver it on time then fine. But I was continually LIED to and led on with this fake guarentee that meant nothing. Here's some business advice: own up to the fact that you lied and failed on your promise. And do not mass email customers begging for good reviews. The bad reviews were honest, don't let these new reviews cover up that fact that is company is a scam and a joke.

We bought two Christmas gifts from Moments Engraved. The recipients were VERY happy with the quality! One gift was not going to arrive on time, but the company communicated quickly and honestly when they knew, so we could let the recipients know. I was so glad they just informed us instead of trying to cut corners on quality on this handmade gift! I am most impressed with their customer service, and will certainly order from them again.

Exactly as promised. Excellent quality and exactly as shown in the pictures. They were swamped for Christmas but communicated quickly and professionally that it might not make in time for Christmas. No worries. I simply printed a picture and wrapped it! Very happy and will order again.

Ich habe auch unseren Namen in der edlen Variante anfertigen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Endprodukt. Leider habe ich sechs Wochen auf die Lieferung warten müssen und musste bei der Post noch 23€ Zoll zahlen, aber trotzdem ist dies etwas besonderes sodass ich gleich auch die Hausnummer bestellt habe, Mal sehen wie lange die Lieferzeit diesmal beträgt

I order a Moments Engraved wall hanging for my newly wed daughter and son in law. It was exactly what I anticipated it would be. The quality of the item was excellent, it came in perfect order and I am very pleased with my purchase. In fact, after it arrived I liked it so much that I have ordered 2 additional items for upcoming anniversary gifts for other family members. Anyone questioning their purchase please be assured that it is a quality item I would mention as these are custom orders it is something that has to be made and sent along so plan ahead.

We are very pleased with our metal name sake piece and so are other members of our family and friends. So much so we've ordered another for an engagement gift and can't wait to see it. We're in Australia and delivery time was as stated. So all good here so far. 😀🙂

I would have given it 5 stars but didn't receive my order until mid Jan. I missed getting the product by 2 days. I ordered it Dec. 4th and got an email stating they were processing all orders on Dec. 2nd. I guess they got overwhelmed by orders. My son and daughter-in-law opened it yesterday on 1/22/20. I got a call from my son today and he raved about the product. I also thought the product was very nice and would probably order more for my other children.

UPDATE!!!!!!! I finally received the product....WRONG NAME... Cant call them no number can only email and they don't care.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....only reason I gave one star is you cant give ZERO

I ordered two pieces that were intended to be Christmas gifts. My order got caught up in the crush of orders they received at this time of year. I received an email explaining the situation. I contacted them to see if they could split ship my order because one needed to go to my son who lives 5 hours away but was here for Christmas. They agreed to that with no extra cost. Each of my children have received their metal pieces and both are thrilled. All I did on Christmas Day was print a copy of my online receipt where there were sample pictures and showed them to my kids. They were good with the delay and have both commented now that it was worth the wait. I am a happy customer!!

I delayed writing this review, hoping my order would arrive so I could review the actual product. I placed my order and it was confirmed on Dec. 3, 2019. My credit card was also charged the same day. Today is Jan.20, 2020 and I still have not received my order. It was meant as a Christmas for my daughter and son-in-law. I expected it might not arrive in time for Christmas as I did not check the processing time before ordering, however I did try checking on my order a couple times before finally receiving a response at the end of Dec. that my order was in production. I have not received any further update regarding shipment or expected delivery. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience! I will be happy to update my review if I receive my product. At this point I would not recommend doing business with Moments Engraved! Kathy B. UPDATE: I received my order on 1-28-20. The item is very nice and as ordered. I will not be placing any further orders with this company. Communication was not very good in my opinion. Had to contact them several times and only received response after negative review.

Being a business owner myself I know 1st hand how some people are far too quick to slate businesses, completely exaggerate about events and try to ruin them.. Therefore I would like to give Moments Engraved the 5 star review I feel they deserve.. Fair enough my order arrived not quite as I requested, but someone was on hand to assist me straight away. I cannot rate their Customer Services enough, for both the speed and the resolution to my order. I am now the proud owner of exactly what I ordered so thank you to everyone at Moments Engraved that assisted with this 👌 So before you jump on the band wagon and give a bad review for the sake of it, try resolving the problem first, and remember everyone is human and mistakes sometimes happen, I’m sure you aren’t perfect after all!!

We ordered a gift for our neighbors in early November. Realizing that it was a relatively short time before they were moving away the week before Christmas I had a back up plan if it did not arrive in time for us to give it to them before they moved. I emailed ME on 10/27 and received a personal response the next day telling me that everything was being done to ship my order quickly even with the unusual demand the company was experiencing. Imagine how happy I was to get the email that my order shipped 12/9. Then I knew we should receive before our neighbors moved. It was beautiful. Our neighbors loved it and will proudly display it on the new home they will build in El Paso. On a side note, the magnet mounting is outrageous! It is the strongest magnet my husband and I have ever seen. So, thank you Momentsengraved. You exceeded our expectations and we will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family.

I have a feeling all of these good customer satisfaction reviews are fake... I have been waiting 2 months for my order and when ever I get a reply it’s very robotic. I wouldn’t buy here again...
