Totally disgusted by this company. Our order did arrive but not the best quality. Even worse , a few days after delivery we received an invoice from FedEx for admin and customs charge £31.62. When you contact FedEx they will tell you they have this problem every time because Memories Engraved do not let you know that this applies on deliveries to the U.K. You need to look at the small print even though they know what the charge will be. Sign of a poor company when they remove and stop you from giving an honest review on their own site. Don’t buy. You will now see that I have had a reply following my review. Before writing my review I looked at others that were still available to see and many had complaints about the 30% extra charge if you order from this company from customs In the U.K. You will only get this invoice after goods are delivered and if you’ve ordered of Facebook you won’t know about the charge. If you say anything about it they will delete your comment and then block you from messaging them. Please read many other Trustpilot reviews of this company to see that it is true. This is not open honest business as I know it. Don’t buy

I am completely pleased and satisfied with my monogramed sign purchased from Moments engraved. I could not be more happy. I purchased as a family gift for Christmas and it was delivered on Christmas Eve despite the busy season. Just in time for me to put under the tree. I just recently hung it since I have nothing but time on my hands on the weekends. Use of the magnetic hanging kit made it super easy to hang. I LOVE seeing this everyday. So glad I decided to give the company a try. Definitely worth a try. IMG_7886.HEIC

Horrible company! Product takes forever to get and then the product looks like crap. I ordered a sign with my last name, "Smith" and the "S" doesn't even look like an "S". I emailed them and asked them what kind of "S" that is and they said it's their "S" that they use. I can't hang it looking like that so it's just a huge waste of money sitting in my garage. They ignore my emails now and they won't let me write an honest review on their website which is always a red flag. They obviously are fake reviews if they don't let everyone post reviews. Stay away from them!

I ordered a product from them end of April for a May 15th Birthday gift. Received a call from FEDEX that my product would deliver on a certain day and when it didn't I contacted FEDEX and they asked me to pay duties and taxes....I proceed to give my MC card number for duties and taxes and asked the FEDEX Customer service when the parcel would deliver. He checked and said sorry the package was sent back to the supplier as they did not supply FEDEX with my telephone number. I contacted Moments engraved to rectif.y the situation, and you can't speak to anyone and the customer service has replied to every email with I will get back to you when I have an update which has been for 6 weeks. Its a scam don;t waste your time or money. My issue is now in the handsd of the credit card company as I was charged for a product I never received.

This company isn't even legitimate. Don't bother placing an order with them. They promise 2-3 weeks shipping and then after three weeks tell you it's going to be another month. Who knows when it would have actually arrived. They constantly say "It's in the production phase" and won't allow you to cancel after 12 hours. Don't waste the time dealing with them and read all the reviews of many others with my same experience.

Shotty work people really crap company want my money back all of it you say 30 day money back guarantee bull they only give you money back at there discretion also read all fine print . Hope this company closes because companies like this is why people hate ordering off internet. I'd give less stars if I could

I bought a sign for a wedding and paid extra for quick delivery - the sign arrived on time, but damaged and in a very flimsy quality. When claiming with Moments Engraved, they would not accept issuing a refund, but insisted on delivering a replacement, but as this was for a special occasion, the timing had passed, and I had no use for a replacement sign, and was also not really impressed with the quality anyway. Moments Engraved just stopped replying, and simply shipped a replacement sign, and not even with the right documents, so I have now been charged with import duty twice. I am still in the process of reclaiming my cost with my credit card company, as this is no way to do business, but I strongly warn potential customers to be on their guard.

Giving 1 star because there's no option for 0. I ordered in early December with the hope of Christmas arrival. When it did arrive (after Christmas) it was somebody else's order - I had to pay the Duty. I contacted them and the requisite apology came with the promise that they would be replacing the order. They sent another order that was delivered to somebody else. Eventually it made its' way to me but it was WRONG as well. I contacted them, got the apology/promise BS again. They sent another order for which I had to pay Duty on again. I've been chasing them for at least one of the two Duty charges and yesterday the told me i had to pursue it directly with the delivery service (UPS). They are simply not worth dealing with - their product offerings are not THAT unique.

I have to admit before starting my review, it’s a good thing I didn’t read other reviews before ordering or I probably wouldn’t have. I was actually disappointed to see how many negative reviews they received compared to positive ones. Having said that, I have been a very satisfied customer. The piece I ordered is intended to hang outside, which we have not done yet and I truly hope that it is of good quality and holds up. Like others in their reviews, I had also ordered in early December thinking it would be enough time to get it for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was late in January before we did. And the only reason I’m not upset by this is the CEO actually messaged me informing me that they had received so many orders and that if you had not ordered by a certain date but it would be late and of course mine was one day after that. Oh well, I guess that’s life, no big deal. When it did arrive, we were both very pleased with the outcome of it. I’m not sure about future purchases and that might be partly from the reviews and partly that there are other options out there that I discovered after ordering this. As for this item we are satisfied.

Moments Engraved does quality work. My monogram was beautifully done. It arrived on time and in great condition. The recipient LOVED their monogrammed piece! I say give them a try - you won't find this quality elsewhere.

They were a disappointing company to do business with. I ordered a month before Christmas and was told it would arrive in plenty of time, as this was a gift. I followed up a couple times by email and live chat. Each time was told it would arrive. In fact, during the live chat I was told "it would ship within the next week or two, so it will definitely arrive on time". That was 3 days before Christmas! I would have appreciated them just being honest. I received the item couple weeks after Christmas. I wasn't going to bother to leave them a review, but they emailed me asking for an honest review to help boost their ratings. So, lie to your customer, then ask for a good review? Yikes! Give yourself lots of lead time, and don't expect honest answers to your questions.

Ich habe das Schild im Dezember bestellt und heute kam es nach gut 2 Monaten an. Zwischendurch hatte ich bereits den Kundenservice angeschrieben, weil es so lange dauert, aber von dort nur die generische Aussage bekommen "Sie bekommen Bescheid, sobald es verschickt wird". Die Qualität ist gut. Nicht super-hochwertig (könnte etwas dicker sein für das Geld), aber definitiv keine China-Ware und solide, es gefällt uns sehr und sieht auch so aus, als ob es wetterbeständig ist. Ich habe bezahlt: 75 US$ (mit Discount) für das Schild 20 US$ "Express" (haha) Shipping 17 EUR Zollgebühren an UPS 16 EUR Einfuhrgebühren an UPS 14 EUR "Brokeragefee" an UPS Also insgesamt nochmal gut das Doppelte an Extrakosten. Dafür ist es das Geld einfach nicht wert. Die Zollgebühren - ok, das passiert, das kann man verschmerzen. Als ich aber das Paket im UPS Shop abholen wollte, hieß es auf einmal, dass nochmal 30 EUR drauf kommen. Was dann folgte, war die schlechteste Customer Service Erfahrung meines Lebens. Erst hieß es "nee, der Fahrer hat das durchgestrichen, weil die Kundin doch die 17 EUR Zoll schon direkt an UPS bezahlt hat". Es folgten zwei Anrufe an UPS, bei denen man uns an die Rechnungsabteilung von UPS verwies. Die Rechnungsabteilung: "alles ok, hier ist alles bezahlt. Details muss Ihnen das Kundencenter sagen" Kundencenter: "Also eigentlich haben Sie ja schon 17 EUR bezahlt, eventuell geht das von den 30 EUR Gebühren ab....?" Ich: "Wie können wir das denn klären; Sie wollen nicht, dass ich NICHTS zahle; Sie wollen aber auch nicht, DASS ich es bezahle?!" Letztendlich, nach einer Stunde, 5 Telefonaten (!!!) mit UPS - alle kostenpflichtig - legte ich 30 EUR auf den Tisch und nahm mir mein Paket. Vom Kundeservice von MomentsEngraved kam nur ein allgemeines Bla Bla, nach dem Motto, sie hätten keine Ahnung, was es kostet, international zu verschicken.... Sorry, aber so schön das Schild ist... Nie wieder Moments Engraved und definitiv nie wieder UPS.

We ordered 12/6 to hopefully get it shipped by Christmas. Ordered one item to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law, It finally arrived on January 18th. The other 2 items I ordered arrived today... February 7th. The one for my husband is nice, but the coating looks terrible. Luckily it is going to be in his garage. Doubt if we will ever do business with them again... which is too bad because it looks like they can make a decent product. They just have to be honest with their shipping timelines.

I ordered the package before Christmas and today UPS have wanted to deliver. However they then asked for an additional £20 soo refused. This was not mentioned anywhere. Currently I have lost £80....

the reason for only 3 stars: *I ordered my item before the "last day to get it before xmas", and it was not even shipped until a week after xmas. *they use UPS for shipping wich is probably super cheap for moments engraved but means that the customer will have serious trouble getting their item since UPS is a fraud. *the price for the item would be ok, if it wasn't for the bad quality of the surface. if you will order an item that are not in"color" I suppose its not a problem. I ordered in black and some corners had already lost the color upon arrival, and it will defo loose more once we put it on the wall. I will however give it 3 stars because it is beautifully cut, and is sturdy. And customer service answered me pretty quickly.

Ordered my item on 1/12/19, got a discount which was nice, although delivery took it back to the original price, but still a saving. The ordering/payment system was easy. It was delivered on time, probably earlier than I needed it. It was packed well, and once unwrapped it was a lovely piece just as seen and described. Communication was good throughout. Was happy with my purchase, and will use them again if I need anything similar. Julie

I ordered 3 items as Christmas gifts in early December with no indication that they would not arrive in time for Christmas. Now, 8 weeks after ordering, my final item has STILL not been shipped and I am getting no response to my repeated emails requesting status. As others have commented, there was no delay in charging me for the items - also based upon feedback, I need to check on the quality of those items that were received. All I can say is "Buyer Beware!"

1 star for the awful customer service. 1 monogram came out great, the other looks terrible and was different from my preview. I asked for the proper replacement or a refund and have had nothing but the run around with "Angelie." They refuse to offer decent customer service and do all they can to pass the buck to the " manufacturer." Not one phone number to call or supervisors/ managers to speak to. I'm just stuck with the very unhelpful and opinionated Angelie.
