Jan 16,2020Firstly Have to say I am happy with the sign, but delivery was guaranteed for before Xmas but did not receive until 3/1/20 and import charges of £17.28 of which there is no mention of this in their delivery charges.I emailed twice to which there was no reply.As this was a Xmas present for someone I find this totally unexceptionable.Would think twice before buying from them.

Jan 15,2020I can honestly say I was 100 percent satisfied with my order. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. It was a Christmas present for my son and he hung it up on Christmas Day and looked awesome, so many compliments. Yes, it took awhile to arrive..BUT it was the season and if you take the time to check out the video, you will see the amount of time and work put into each piece. Momentsengraved also were one of the few vendors that responded to my emails during the waiting period. My only advice to any potential buyer is to order realizing that it will take time to make. This is a legit company. Trust me, the wait will be worth it. Maureen Wooley

Jan 15,2020I was extremely pleased with both my orders. They both turned out beautifully and my parents and my husband loved them. I have since seen them in various places and on home exteriors, which leads me to believe that Momentsengraved is no longer a secret! As with any gift that I definitely want delivered on time, I ordered with plenty of time to spare. I am definitely going to order more in the future! An excellent gift!

Jan 15,2020Ordered our monogram item in November and it arrived in late December. Very pleased with the ordering process and delivery. Having seen some of the comments on here I would recommend that you give a clearer indication of the delivery time, especially around holiday periods. However, we were very happy and ours arrived sooner than expected.

Jan 15,2020I just received an email from Moments Engraved to write a good review & receive a promo code for money off another order. Unfortunately, I am unable to do that since I haven’t received my order from December 2nd. Customer Service can’t even tell me where my order is in production but are able to say how backed up there are with apologies galore . I might add they were quick to charge my credit card immediately as well. Very disappointed and do not recommend ordering.

Jan 15,2020Excellent gift idea! I ordered the split letter monogram for my husband as a Christmas gift and he loved it so much he wanted to order the address sign to go with it. We ordered it after the holidays and awaiting the delivery so we can install both at the same time. Other family members loved it and referred them to this site. Thank you !

Jan 15,2020This is the second time ordering, both of the items ordered were gifts. The first item was one of the initial names for a family member. They hung it over their mantel, it was beautiful and they loved it. My second order was for a friend. I ordered the snowflake with a name and he loved it, said he never received anything like it so personalized. Your products are very beauriful and reasoniable priced.

Jan 15,2020Ordered the clock for my husband with his company name. Also ordered our family name plate for my mother and father in-law. The craftsmanship was excellent. The packaging/shipping container was well designed and securely protected the two items. Wanted unique and quality gifts. These two items were perfect. My husband was overwhelmed. Best gift ever. Jan 15,2020This was the worst experience I ever had with something purchased online. I ordered it for Christmas for my son for his first new home December 5 and received it January 11. The name Smith was misspelled Smiith. They said that’s the way I ordered it but I sent them numerous emails making sure the name Smith was on it. Very vague responses. They will not replace it and said it is my fault. Did they think my address and credit card was spelled Smiith and would question it? No! I am out $75.00 for a sign that is useless and I could have recommended them to my fellow nurses. So upset and disappointed! Would stay away from this company!!!!!

Jan 15,2020We ordered 3 Split Letter Monogram signs for Christmas. We placed our order 11/20/19 and all three were delivered on 12/11/19. We loved all three. One was a gift for our neighbors and they were thrilled also. Customer service was great. Will definitely order again!

Jan 15,2020The product itself is okay. Flimsier then as depicted in the advertising. Monograms are manufactured from light gauge metal and only about 1/16” thick. We paid a premium to have our order expedited ; ordered on Dec 2 and did not receive it until January 8th. Finally when the package arrived we had to pay an additional $52.00 brokerage fee! This was never mentioned! Very disappointing experience. The final communication actually asked us for a good review in return for a $20! Unbelievable!

Jan 15,2020Well, I wish I had seen the reviews currently posted regarding the poor service, lack of response and overall inability to fulfill orders taken, when money was received. Two orders placed 12/9/2019 - with no notation anywhere online that the orders would not be delivered by Christmas. Email 12/15/19 noting nothing to be expected until at least 4 weeks. Here we are beyond 4 weeks, and still no deliveries. No response to emails or vmails.

Jan 14,2020Cannot trust! Here is a copy of letter sent out by the CEO showing how they are attempting to buy positive reviews! Thank you for being a Valued Customer. At Moments Engraved, we put customer satisfaction as our Number 1 Priority. Unfortunately, in the last couple of months, we have received a massive surge in demand for our products, and although it pains me to say this, We could not deliver to a few customers in time for Christmas. This has led to a few very Angry Customers ( Out of tens of thousands of happy ones ). To go on, we've received a few negative reviews on sites such as Trust Pilot and a few others and while we have righted Almost all of these situations, the reviews have not been removed. Not only has this pained me deeply but it's left me with a renewed energy to ensure this never happens again. Although we can't change what has happened, as a company we have learned many lessons and we will promise to work harder every day to keep 100% of our customers happy. And that leaves me to the second part of my appeal. Jan 14,2020I ordered my split letter sign and received the product within 2 weeks of ordering it (I live in Canada) which was awesome. The split letter sign is gorgeous, well made and we loved it, however there was a minor miscommunication of what I had requested. The customer service team were fantastic, prompt, courteous and most importantly were focused on making things right. I spoke to Jay and he was professional, offered a solution and the matter was resolved in a manner that shows that this company and it's staff really do provide exceptional customer service. I am so happy with the product and am very impressed by the outstanding customer service.

Jan 14,2020My sign arrived quickly and was everything I expected, beautiful. It was a gift and was forwarded on, the recipients loved it. My only suggestion would be that the packaging was quite battered and could have been stronger, luckily the sign was undamaged.

It is a little late for my son’s present but will still look sensational on his patio wall. Trying to find a way to post a photo of it....
