Oct 02,2020I had to call Monument Metals about my order. Their Terms of Service state that on cleared funds one day typical to ship and on occasion 2-3 days. I was at 4-1/2 days and no word on my order until I had called. Then right after my call, I received a shipping notice. I regularly purchase bullion and I'm really not sure I want to use Monument Metals in the future.

He is sending out the item that was missing.Johnathan seriously went over and beyond to make it right, offering multiple solutions to to correct the honest mishap. It is far and few you find someone in the bullion world, that is genuine, honest and willing to make sure your very satisfied with your purchase on line and takes a minute out of his busy crazy silver day to call you directly and address any issues.There customer service is amazing!! I will never shop anywhere eles, but Monumental Metal. If only there were more people like this, the world would be a great place!!! And fake silver wouldn't exist. lol ❤️ They are honest, and have the best customer service ever!!!

Jul 24,2020Im very disappointed. I tried ordering something online and they said i needed shipping address confirmation for my payment method. I said that is ridiculous because apmex didn't need that too ship my orders. Then the owner of the company refused to take my order. After i asked so i cant get the order i want it. He said no your email was colorful. this is not the way things should be handled you where just saying i can fix it and now you wont work with me. your very rude and i think you should have someone help you with customer service because your not doing it right!
