Monument Metals is a solid company that I trust for bullion purchases. They don't have the biggest selection, but what they have is absolutely reliable and they are always price competitive. Nine times out of ten, if not more often, if I can find what I'm looking for with Monument it turns out to be the best price. The order and shipping process is very smooth. I've ordered from them several times over the last year+, and every experience has been perfect. Recommended.

Customer service is amazing. I have made several purchases and all with no problems. My orders usually take about from the time I put in an order to receiving it is approximately 3-5 days. Prices are usually the lowest around.

I ordered 60 rounds MMs choice, about a month ago. I was excited when the UPS truck pulled up as I was working in the driveway. I anxiously tore open the package. Saw these cool looking blue tubes. Opened them up and...what a disappointment! MintID Buffalo rounds, NOOO!!! They have this "chip" which is actually a sticker thing with some type of chip in it. It can be peeled off no problem. Them the rounds have the words "Tap to Scan" on them. REALLY? They are the least expensive round you can buy. I feel ripped off, but that is my fault . I allowed them to get rid of inventory that is the least desirable. This is my last order from MM. Fell betrayed...but I will live. On to Provident Metals.

I've left 3 separate messages with them to which none of them were responded to, I had two separate orders that shipped together after my 3rd message pointed out how late they were. I had Roosevelts mixed into my Merc Dimes, why would you pay for a higher premium for something that has a lower one. I was cheated, ignored, and my order wasn't to specification. I'd give 0 stars but thats not an option.

Even during this high premium season, I still think they are reasonable and very competitive. Also, I wrote them some questions and requests by email and they responded almost immediately.

My first time ordering from here was the biggest metals purchase I’ve ever made at once. I ordered 4 Dillon Guage .9999 bullion bracelets, for $8549.50. I had anxiety about my order, but after a month, I finally got the bracelets. Seems like a small company and it’s hard for them to keep up with the orders. If you call, you might get someone, but usually just a voicemail. I was told 2 of the bracelets were damaged and they had to order more, so I got 2 of them later.

after writing a bad review because of slow shipping the owner of the company reached out to me himself to explain the situation. I realize now that because of the holiday and Covid it can take a little while longer for packages to arrive, and that’s not the fault of the company. I apologize.
