Feb 16,2025Be careful - auto renewal will be processed even if you don’t authorise it . I had the email advising policy would be cancelled/ not renewed -i always pay annually . Today 16/2 they have setup a new policy as a monthly payment and taken the first payment - I am disgusted by their actions I will now request a chargeback from my credit card company - how is a business allowed to do this - I did not select auto renewal nor authorise this high price of 13.80 a month . I will never deal with them again - be careful everyone
