Feb 16,2025We have been with green flag for several years now, but with the Mayday section linked to the Caravan anf Motorhome Club, we have always found green flag to be there on time (as best they could in some circumstances), they always sorted out our problem or if not took us home it to our local garage. Unfortunately we no longer have a motorhome due to our age, and did not give it a second thought to join the section for cars, would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who were considering joining.

Feb 16,2025If I could I would have given no stars. I have an important trip to make. I returned from putting petrol in my car fir the journey. On the way back home the engine management light came. Concerned I phoned and asked for help. I was told even though I am disabled and had to drive to Northamptonshire, my car was not broken enough. I had to find a garage at 16.40 on a Saturday. If I asked them to come out I would be charged £180. I admit this caused me to swear. I pay for cover to help when my car is not working properly. So I may pay more but it's the RAC for me, at least the come out. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL. Well had a reply and it's BS. I explained quite clearly that I needed to make a very important journey, that it would have been Monday before I could get to a garage. None of which could check my car for two weeks as they were booked solid. The car was drivable for the 3 minute journey from the petrol station to home. I am also disabled suffering from heart problems and cancer of the pancreas. So did not want to risk a mid range journey of over 100 miles each way especially with the light on. I stand by my review but read it and make your own opinion. I won't use them ever again and I have already taken another cover out even though mine does not run out until May.
