Feb 15,2025I was really delighted by the excellent service I received from Motoring Assistance. The call handlers were easy to deal with and very helpful. I received a text with an estimated time for the recovery vehicle to arrive. The recovery vehicle arrived ahead of schedule and the driver was very efficient and very pleasant. Car was taken to my local garage for repair. Probably about 2 hours in total from the first phone call to being dropped at the garage.

Feb 15,2025firstly service was good,cant fault it,arrived at my car(skoda fabia 2013 basic model)after 30 mins of me calling and started my car straight away,it was suffering from a flat battery which was goosed,he said he had a new battery if i wanted it at a cost of £175 WOW,only the best he said being a bosch,i said no thx,he said i cant call him out for the same problem if i were to turn the engine off and it wont start,if called out would cost £75+vat so kept it running and went off bought another battery(sewells at billingham,great shop by the way)they charged me £82.50 for a bosch battery.so come on AA sort your prices out,we dont mind paying a little bit extra but really over twice as much,so be aware everyone.
