Feb 06,2025Easy set up and obviously a lot more cheaper than the big companies, the only way to find out how good they really are is unfortunately if I have a breakdown so I can't give my true honest opinion, but I don't want to breakdown , peace of mind at the moment.

Feb 06,2025Called them when my car broke down round the corner from my house. Managed to start it and just about got it into my drive before it 'died' again. Called motoring assust and they refused to cone out.They said because I had managed to get it home they would not come out, and they only came out for tyre changes and flat batteries. Ibroke down at night and fortunately was near to home. Imagine if you had your kids in the car and was miles from home!!. Cheap company with useless service. Go with a reputable company.

Feb 06,2025Very pleased with this first experience of Motoring Assistance. Phone answered immediately and I was greeted by my name without having to give any details - impressive. Very helpful staff member whose name I annoyingly forgot. I could not provide a postcode or name of the road but she worked it all out. Help was with me very shortly from a local garage ( but I realise That they just happened not to be busy, so that could vary). Pleased I swapped to Motoring Assistance from the major well known breakdown service who were far more expensive and with whom I had had two bad and uncaring experiences. My only small feedback would be that I had to hold on the phone whilst things were arranged, I would rather have been called back to preserve my battery.

Feb 06,2025They didn’t take very long to attend my breakdown as I was a pensioner on my own They were very professional and curtious, they knew the problem but it couldn’t be fixed road side was towed home to garage near me Thank you Guys for your help to a loan woman
