Easy to log on, just for your information I have been a member for the past six without a claim years which was arranged by Direct Line insurance, but I noticed that on this year’s renewal it wasn’t included! I wonder why?
They should start cover immediately so people like myself and my 88yr old mother who wanted piece if mind before travelling are not stranded in the peak district 48 hours after cover was taken out with them, and paid for up front i might add. Cover doesn't start for 72hrs afterwards, a detail withheld untill youve paid, which means they don't cover for 365 days of the year either.

HAVE ONLY RECENTLY JOINED SO CANNOT COMMENT SO FAR. ONLINE WAS VERY EASY TO REGISTER. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY FAMILY/FRIENDS WHO HAVE SAID THEIR EXPERIENCES OF BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE WITH YOURSELVES WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
Price is right as I only do 2000 miles per year.

The phone was answered within 30 seconds. The operator was friendly and helpful. The recovery arrived at my home within 70 minutes. The mechanic was friendly and helpful and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me the information for the parts i needed to buy to get my van fixed. He showed and talked me through the problem. I have autism and I am always very stressed having to phone people, or deal with problems etc. But the first time I needed to rely on this breakdown policy and they were very good. They didn't know I have autism but their attitudes to customers and speed of response made it unnecessary to even tell them I have communication difficulties. This is always a plus for me. Thank you.

I have just cancelled my Policy with this company for no other reason than my breakdown cover is in with my car insurance today. I spoke to a very kind, patient young man called Shaun who was extremely helpful and very polite. He made the transaction very simple with no hard sell after I explained why I was leaving. If I change my insurance policy again and need breakdown cover I will certainly go back to Motoring Assistance without a second thought. Thank you Shaun for your help.
