Just joined and price is a quarter of the AA. Haven’t had to use them yet so don’t know that side of things.
Just hope I have cover. Online seems easier.....but...like to get confirmation. I have been with Greenflag or with them on Directline policy but this year apparently independently paid. Hope I am covered, and not really used you...thank goodness.

An absolute scam of a company.Had paid for roadside assistance cover for my sons car. He broke down today and they refused to come out because I had started the membership 5 days prior to his breakdown! It’s like booking a doctors appointment in 3 weeks in case I got ill. Avoid Motoring Assistance like the plague. They’ll do anything to get out of doing what you paid for. Leaving son and car abandoned. We didn’t have this with RAC. I got sucked into this company’s lying sales. Pay peanuts, get monkeys - lesson learnt. Don’t make my mistake and pay the few extra ££s for security and peace of mind with better known Recovery companies.
Easy and efficient
I had a very negative experience. I am completely dissatisfied with the service. It is ridiculous to have to take pictures of your flat tyre and measure the thread depth, in order to claim. I was not reminded of all that when a puncture did occur, and a genuine claim was denied, even with a vat receipt. This is substandard. In a plain emergency like a flat tyre, I had to look for local tyre replacement services myself. I was left in the dark. And complete information was not provided on the call on how to claim. This is not worth your money. I'd rather pay more to somebody who can be trusted, for my peace of mind. I should have really gone with the AA.

Feb 05,2025Took a policy out on my ford transit. When I went to use it I was told my milage was too high so it would be a £180 call out fee. Not sure why they let me take out the policy in the first place. 2 stars because a polite man was on the phone and allowed me to cancel giving me a refund. After reading their reply, I've just got to say if you know you don't cover vehicles over 200000 miles. Don't let people get as far as putting all their details in as just straight up say 'unavailable to cover this vehicle' after the customer enters their registration plate. Like most other insurers do.
