Feb 18,2025Unfortunately, I have been dissatisfied with the service provided by your office. After the 72-hour reception period, I contacted your team the following day regarding an issue with my car. I was informed that, despite the policy being active after this period, my issue was considered pre-existing and therefore not covered. This was shocking and distressing for me, especially as a single mother with children and no additional support. I was further disappointed when I attempted to follow up, only to be ignored and informed that my contract was terminated. I was told I would have to cover the repair costs myself, despite the fact that my policy should have been active. Fortunately, the issue turned out to be a simple battery matter, but the experience left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service and support I received.

Feb 18,2025I have used RAC for decades until I bought a new Volvo, and I had a volvo rescue card for the last 3 years. I prefer RAC. I received a phone call with Andrew who told me about the benefits with RAC. this was done in approx 5 minutes.
