Feb 20,2025Wouldn’t come out to my car saying it’s probably a pre existing fault over the phone without looking at it turns out it wasn’t I’d miss fuelled wanted to charge me £150 to come out , so it wasn’t a pre existing fault how can they diagnose over the phone? I’ve cancelled and gone with RAC much better service, AVOID!!

Feb 21,2025Really easy to fill in the online form really quick with a quote and gives the option of monthly and yearly perfect for what I need. Could do with another bit of information like weather the person is disabled that needs assistance but other than that really easy to use
