Feb 20,2025Automatical renewal with no notification. I have just messaged this company as I couldn't get an answer to my phone call. Today I saw that they had taken a monthly payment on my credit card in January and have just taken another two days ago. I paid for a yearly breakdown cover a year ago and certainly did not request automatical renewal. They have never sent an email about taking monthly payments. Their only messages came prior to the renewal date saying the breakdown cover was ending. I've asked for a refund and so I'll update the trust pilot when they respond. I can't comment about the breakdown service because I never needed to use it. Personally I am disgusted with them for doing this and I won't use them again.
