The person kept in touch immediately when I had a question about my product and also after advising me that it was no longer available. Suggested a new one and advised me on how to use it later.

They asked me to verify the measurements I had taken because they didn't look quite right. They were correct, I had measured incorrectly and would have had the wrong springs. Thanks to them, I got the right ones and now my garage door works perfectly again.

Called before I ordered. I was given all the wrong information. Promotional code did not work for 5% discount. Shipping charges were not what I told they would be, and they turned out to be much higher than I was quoted. Shipment took longer than I was told. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and I will never do business with them again.

No reservations, from the phone call to the rep to the quick delivery time to my home, courteous, knowledgeable and able to inform me that indeed, they had my item in stock. Item was well packed (I was impressed). Extracted the old unit and installed the new unit very quickly. Good company and staff, I would recommend this company to anyone.
