Sep 24,2018Ordered some garage door parts. Was given a bogus tracking number. Company will not answer e-mails. I'm now out the $75 Moving Up stole from me. Update: Still waiting for the parts or a refund. Despite what the company rep says, they have never once replied to my e-mails. Not only are they crappy at what they do, but they also lie like snakes.

Aug 06,2018magnets are very weak for neodymium. Almost daily I have to readjust my magnetic garage door handles. there is absolutely no effort, either, to remove them. very disappointed. They will be coming down. 4

I wish I would have been informed that it was not available at the time of ordering. The salesperson did a great job of suggested another product and I received it in very quickly. The remote garage door keypad is working great.
