Dec 09,2016Shopping online with Moving Up Garage Doors was fairly straightforward. My order was fulfilled right away, and shipped at the first opportunity. The company offers customer service, and recommends that you call if support is needed. I've attempted to do so on several occasions during their hours of operations, but I was unable to reach a live Rep. In my case, it was important to speak with a live person to resolve my issue, but unfortunately that did not happen. If you know what you want, and you do not need to speak with someone, Moving Up Garage doors is the company you.

Dec 03,2016Everything was a great experience overall, however when speaking with a representative via phone he did not sound too happy as if he was bothered. I believe he said something along the lines of "well what do you need". We ended up just ordering ourselves via website. Once again nothing wrong with delivery and it was great having the automatic emails to help us keep track of the package. The prices are also very competitive compared to other companies including Amazon. Keep up the good work!
