10/19 - Placed order via internet. 10/22 - I notified them that they had sent to wrong address. 10/24 - Chris sent back "Address updated". 10/24 - I sent request "Is it being sent to corrected address what is tracking number? Chris responded back "Yes" with out a tracking number. 11/7 - I sent message to Chris asking for tracking number and still have not received my order. 11/8 - Chris sent mess that "The updated address is not valid". NOTE: Still no tracking number and the updated address is a good address. 11/9 - SPOKE WITH CHRIS 877-379-4947. ORDER WAS ALREADY SENT OUT TO CORRECTED ADDRESS. I ASKED FOR THE NEW TRACKING NUMBER AND CHRIS SAID HE WOULD SEND ME THE TRACKING NUMBER ONCE WE GOT OFF PHONE. 11/10 - I sent mess to: CHRIS PER OUR PHONE CONVERSATON YESTERDAY MORNING, YOU WERE GOING TO SEND ME THE "NEW" TRACKING NUMBER! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REVIEW WILL NOT BE FAVORABLE IF I DO NOT HEAR SOMETHING FROM YOU BY CLOSE TODAY! 11/12 - AFTER WAITING TWO MORE DAYS, DID NOT GET A RESPONCE, WARNING FUTURE CUSTOMERS!

I ordered a cover for our remote garage door opener and thought I had ordered the wrong size, but it turned out it fit great. It arrived in good time and the service was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Our order was fast and exactly what we ordered. We had to make a phone call to ask an instillation question. The service rep was very helpful and friendly. If you need to install the springs, order the tool, about $10 and WELL worth it. We will use this company for all our needs!

Very good experience. Website was straightforward and the replacement torsion springs arrived in the window they promised. Good price and easy interface to get the parts I needed. Not necessarily bad but a couple points for improvement in my opinion would be: the cost of the winding bars - as they were nothing special, just 1/2" diameter round stock cut to length; and the longer-life or higher-cycle springs I upgraded to ended up simply being thicker wire diameter and longer overall length springs - but the notification of this swap was a very vague handwritten note on the packing slip. Had I not seen that little note, I would've been mad thinking I got the wrong springs. Maybe a more prominent note inside the actual box with the springs would've helped or something more prominent in the order confirmation email stating this swap. But overall, great parts, great price, great service. Thank you for making parts available to me in a system that seems to be controlled by the repair industry where they force you to hire repair service instead of being a responsible adult and changing parts yourself.

I bought the rubber garage door Durable Rubber Garage Door Bottom Seal T and it fits like a glove. I need help to put it on but it did not take very long.

I bought garage door weather stripping that was very cheap and flimsy. As the sun hit it, it warped and twisted. Defeated the whole purpose of installing weather stripping. I could have bought quality Azak weather stripping at Home Depot for the same price but they only sold it in white. I got a very poor response from customer service after sending them pictures. I will never do business with this company again!

I needed 2, 10 dip switch garage door clickers. There was plenty to choose from. The one I wanted had good reviews, and so far it works just as good as they said it would. Payment and delivery quick and easy. Great site.
