Oct 18,2016Looking at the reviews, MUGDC looked professional and customer-oriented. I guess my $62 order did not meet the minimum to get good customer service. My order was placed and received shipment notification on 10/6. Since then, the USPS tracking status never changed through today on 10/17. After 2 phone call messages (because they never answer the phone or call back) and 2 emails, finally a response from Chris and I quote, "Sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the post office and send a replacement if needed." That was it. I have filed a credit card charge dispute to get a refund.

Oct 11,2016Needed a new bottom seal for the garage door. Clopay discontinued the seal and required an expensive retrofit kit that required a truck shipment. Move Up stocks the original seal and delivered to my door in a little cardboard box.
