Aug 20,2021Good, fresh, authentic Kimchi. Taste can vary a bit, but that's just the nature of freshly fermented food and they've all still been fine to eat. Cost is a bit higher than canned/tinned kimchi, but it's worth it to save the hassle of making fresh kimchi myself and it tastes better. Only issue would be that for the jars, if you forget to open them at the start to let some gas out, the pressure build up can make it incredibly hard to open.

Aug 19,2021I was expecting an already fermented kimchi but got freshly prepared kimchi instead. As I like my kimchi quite fermented, I had to put it away in a dry, cool place to let it do its work. Ate it after 4-5 days and it turned out alright. Only wish it came fermented already.
