Jun 25,2021In my view, Mr. Kimichi has improved over the months in which I have purchased it. I like the spicy tang! It gives my meal an extra boost. I would like to taste other types of kimchi if that were possible.

Aug 01,2021Absolutely tasty and fresh Kimchi with clear instructions on how to allow it to ferment for a few days before putting it in the fridge. I find it improves over about 2 weeks in the fridge. The only issue I have is that the spiciness is variable. Sometimes it is too "hot" for me and other batches are not spicy enough. But overall I would recommend this (and have to several friends).
