Jun 18,2021This is THE best Kimchi I’ve ever had - truly. I’ve tried so many different brands and types not only here but in the US as well. Nothing even scratches the surface of how good this brand is. It has that perfect sour kimchi taste after fermenting at home for a couple of days. I’ve even had kimchi at Korean restaurants in London that have no taste compared to the quality of Mr. Kimchi. Amazing customer service and care as well. Can’t recommend enough!

Jun 18,2021I have placed my first order and the delivery was short initially. I chat on line and the matter was resolve quickly. My order was delivered the next day. So well done for quick response and excellent customer service. The Kimchi is amazingly tasty. I would recommend it to Kimchi lovers.

Apr 09,2021I have purchased this product twice now, both times it was the 2kg normal Kimchi, wow oh wow, it’s so incredible. I’ve spent a lot of my time in Korea and Japan and other Asian countries with my Korean wife. This is as good as I’ve ever had, and better in some cases. Amazing 🤩 Buyyyy nooooww.

Feb 26,2021I gave 4 as I forgot to apply my first time code and at the end they refunded me, it was nice of them. The Kimchi taste great, you cant fault it. Unfortunately, when it was delivered by DPD, the chili powder was CRACKED open, it went all over inside the packaged with 1 day old cold pack. I sent an email to DPD and Mr. Kimchi, waited for 3 days... and nothing. No reply. Maybe thats it.

Feb 19,2021After initially being disappointed at a mistake in the order, I was over the moon at the response from Mr Kimchi - the problem was more than fairly sorted and now that the fermentation process has completed I can say that it’s really great kimchi! Great kimchi and good customer services.

Feb 17,2021Outstanding fresh Kimchi. Needs to be stored for a few days to mature in my opinion, but that's the wonder of a totally fresh product! The best Kimchi maker in the UK, for sure!

Feb 11,2021Unfortunately my order arrived damaged. One jar of kimchi’s lid had come off and the kimchi was all spilled inside the package. I contacted Mr Kimchi about this but no reply. Also, my kimchi has been on the side for 48 hours and I can’t see any bubbles yet.

Feb 08,2021Best kimchi in London! I'm very picky about my kmichi as being Korean and having access to the best Korean food in NYC, was desperate to find quality kimchi in London after moving here. Ordering online is super easy. They keep you notified of when order has been shipped and provide times that are spot on. My kids and I went thru the 3 jars in 2 days. I will be ordering from Mr. Kimchi on a regular basis.

Feb 02,2021Delicious kimchi; certainly the best I’ve ever tasted. Fast dispatch and delivery. Excellent! My only gripe is having a bottle of Turkish water as the coolant. Love Turkey and it’s water in Turkey, not shipped in plastic half way around the world. Surely there is a more eco (less damaging way) of keeping contents cool. Welsh water? O’r better still how about using natural wool insulation?
