Great service
I have been having issues with managing our firm's users for a month now. First it was "we are experiencing technical issues and have escalated your issue to the technical team" which never responded nor resolved the issue. Now it does not work at all (one of our employees has completely dropped off the list), and no one is even responding to my messages. I tried calling the phone number listed for "support" - no answer, went directly to voicemail and the mail box is full. Not sure if they are still in business or when they got bought out, they let go of all their customer service reps. But this has been a horrible experience (great sales pitch of all the wonderful things they could do for us, unfortunately no ability to execute on those promises).
The fact that a live person was available on New Year's Eve after working hours was a plus. Very courteous and helpful. Got everything taken care of in a short amount of time. Would not been able to get there without his help.
DONT BUY IT! They won't refund you even within 24hrs after you decided it's not for you!! Ended up going through my bank for dispute.. what a black business, especially in this day and age, refund in full with reasonable time frame (in my case within 5hrs I decided this is not good enough of a package)!! DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THEM!!!
