Dec 03,2024Steven was very helpful via chat, enabling me to renew my membership and add two more employees. I kept seeing a "no network available" message and wondered if I was losing the connection, but he stuck with me and everything was taken care of. The renewal and new enrollments went very smoothly and quickly!

Dec 03,2024I have used my-cpe before for my EA credits. They offer both on line and on demand. My schedule is very hectic and I can't always make appointments. The on demand visuals are great. You can download the material and pause it if you need to at any time. I will be using them in the future. I have also used their chat when I couldn't print something and they immediately helped in a very short time.

Nov 29,2024Learned a lot from their LLC and Partnership class. The instructor was excellent. May have been the best class I have ever attended. The pricing and classes cannot be beat! The structure to sign up for classes is very easy and they have so many choices.

Nov 09,2024I sat for one and a half hour through an extremely boring webinar, passed the exam and after all that I could not even download my certificate without the help of a bot! The homepage is a mess! They also ask a lot of personal questions that are simply not their business! I do not recommend MYCPE and will definitely go back to Illumeo!
