myCPE Customer Support has proven to be highly responsive, fast and focussed on the issues I brought to them. They were constructive and creative in finding solutions, and in the 48 hours we spent exchanging multiple ideas, two of their competitors haven't even bothered responding to the initial general enquiry! In the past couple of decades, I've engaged 3-5 firms to support my CPE efforts, and my experience with myCPE so far puts them well on top!

I think when I renewed my subscription for the next 3 years, my "first" name must've been changed to include my last name as well, so my last name was on the completion certificate twice (once with my "first name" and once as my "last name"), so I would make sure procedures don't update the "first name" to include the last name as well. I did notice that my last name was on the completion certificates twice, but I couldn't update my "first name" for whatever reason on my side. Happy the the response and the quick turnaround with fixing the problem within 24 hours.

The on demand videos are not loading. I am trying to get my cpe done before the end of the year and I lost two hours yesterday when the videos wouldn't load and I'm losing time again tonight because they won't load. It seems as if they do not have the bandwidth to support the amount of users. Additionally, there is no support available on the weekends to deal with technical difficulties. I would not recommend them at all, but especially if you need to use them during busy times such as year end.
