On 4/6 I booked 2 One way tickets from Buffalo to Pheonix. This was for my 4 year old Grandson and his Mom. He is coming to see his Daddy. He woke up at 3am, made it to the Airport at 4am. He was so excited to see Daddy, Nana, and Papa. They were told Tickets were never issued for them!!!!!! The Baby was upset and crying and had to go home with his Suitcase in tow. I have an Email confirmation of payment. I also have an Email of their ETicket that was issued. When I called them this morning, they told me that "we're sorry, but Tickets were never issued, and they didn't mention to me why they weren't. I can give you a full refund within a month. " THEY NEVER SENT A CANCELLATION EMAIL, TEXT, OR ANYTHING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!@
This has been a customer service nightmare for me. I booked two flights in February and the company charged me with triple the amount quoted. They sent an email on Feb 9 saying that there was a glitch in the system and they rectified the error, but no credit appeared. On March the 5, another email came through stating that they were refunding th entire amount of my flight and I will receive an email with the details. The email has never appeared and neither has the refund. I have called the company on April 3 and 6 and again today on April 16. Today I have been disconnected from them 3 times and am not happy with them Lynn
This is a follow-up from my previous review. Shortly after I posted my first review I got a call from a supervisor at myflightsearch. He was very polite, not like anyone I have encountered at this company before. He stayed on the phone with me while I waited for him to send me a confirmation email with a credit, instead of me having to wait hours for an email like I was told by so many others. I was asked to change my previous review since the situation had been "handled." I told him that I didn't feel comfortable doing that, but I would write a follow up review. The supervisor that I spoke with, I believe his name was Victor. He was very polite and very helpful. The best employee I've encountered in this nightmare. I give him specifically 5 stars. I'm only giving 3 stars on the company as a whole because I stand by my initial review, but the supervisor I spoke with was great!
Do not use let me repeat do not use they will take your money and you will not get it back this company is a joke not worth the risk I would never use my flight search again
I would rather give it zero stars. We purchased a flight that was cancelled by the airline and have yet to get our refund. There isn't a person that answers phones, as we've called every day since April 1st- waiting on hold for up to 30 minutes. We've also sent an email. The flight was cancelled by the airline and we would like our money back. It is fraudulent to not process refunds when services were not rendered. Worst company. Book directly with airlines in the future.
If there was a option to give them 0 I would! I had a flight cancelled and they will not refund my ticket price! The airlines refunded them! The numbers they give you are bogus! Number not in service! So I tried to get a refund thru the customerservice@ myflightsearch.com and get no answer either!
The travel deals published on myflightsearch website are too good to be true. I could not believe until I booked it myself. I manage to save almost 100 dollars on my recent booking for Ontario. A big thanks to myflightsearch.
I booked a flight from Atlanta to Hawaii for mid April. Due to covid 19 situation, I had to postpone my vacation plans. I called myflightsearch customer service and a very courteous lady rebooked a flight for me for the end of June.
I tried to make a reservation they emailed me saying my address was incorrect and that my card wasn't charged, so I tried it again with the same card and they said my card number was incorrect and that I wasn't charged. So I tried with my other card and it finally went thru, never received my E- TICKET so I cancelled within 2 hours. The next day they charged me for two reservations. It's been over a money and every time I call ppl are hanging up on me, they don't respond to your emails at all. Im currently on hold for 14 minutes right now. I just want my month back before legal action gets taken.

Do not use this site. They overcharged me 2000.00 and I have not received the plane ticket yet .It has been over 24 hours. I have called 4 times and each time I am told a supervisor will call me back. I have not received a call yet. I have also sent emails. Save your time and money.
I booked my flight on the 4th of April, with my flight search thinking that I was getting a great deal. after booking I got a email saying that I was going to be sent a eticket once the payment posted. Payment posted but no eticket . My wife and kids was stuck at the airport embarrass. I tried calling but no amasser, I was on hold for 4hours, just for them to tell me do I want refund. Instead of listen my problem. or finding a way to help me. Being sapicious about not getting anyone in customer service so I called the airline that I was suppose to have a flight with, They said that my flight was booked but didn’t have payment come thru. I knew then that I was scammed. Report them BBB and file a complaint and call your bank to file a fraudulent activity . This company should not be in business. Let’s get together and shut them down,...One angry customer.... THANK YOU!!!
Most awful experience ever. Severely up charged on a cancelled flight, customer service didn't have updated information creating multiple call backs. Will never use this site again. Have used other agents before with a great experience. Wish I didn't have to. Give even one star.
Booked my flight to SF on Januarty 22nd for $196.00 which was less expensive than through the airline. Charges were immediately made to my cr card. After a few days I realized I hadn't received my e-ticket. When I checked with the airline, they had my reservation but never received the payment so they canceled my reservation. I attempted to reach myflight through their tel. number and email many times with no response. If this happens to you, go to your bank have the charges reversed and file a fraud claim. This company should be shut down!! DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE BOOKING THROUGH THIS COMPANY..AND SHAME ON THEM!!
They haven’t booked my flight. Called a few times. They say it’s booked through “special” portal only travel agents use and I can’t see it like they can. United says it’s not, because they haven’t paid. OR APPARENTLY THEY CANT FIND THE SPECIAL PORTAL. My Flight has my status “pending”, ergo no tickets emailed, and no money to United. Stress is killing me. I checked and there is still room on the flight. Called and begged them to book it last night again. It’s been a month. Got a CEO phone number?
Never thought someone would do this to me. A BIG THANK YOU TO Victor for helping me out. I booked my brothers flight thru Alaska airlines and they cancel last minute. Very unsatisfied! Booked a flight at 1am on 3/30/20. Called the customer service # at 1:50PM on 3/30/20 (same day). I called to confirm my flight of 6 passengers from Vegas to Hawaii. I was on hold for 20min then an Indian man who I could barely understand by the name of Jack answered. Jack put me on hold for another 20min then came back on the line to tell me my flight was cancelled. I did not receive a cancellation email. Good thing I called. I will never use them again.
Amid this Novel Coronavirus outbreak, I panicked as I had to cancel my flight bookings. Called customer care and they helped me canceling my tickets. Thank you.

Apr 20,2020Terrible customer Service. Don't know if this is a scam or not but it sure feels like it. So much so that I canceled my credit card to prevent fraud. Many call to them were unanswered after being on hold for 30 minuted each time. After finally reaching someone that appeared to be outsourced to another country, I was told to hold for a couple of minutes while they ran my card. 20 minutes later I was hung up on. After a few more calls I reached another out service rep (outsourced) who said his name was Melvin. Ya right!! When I asked "Melvin" what his real name was, He hung up.That's when I canceled my card and purchased through another company. Bottom line......Stay away from Melvin.
