May 08,202020 PLUS MINUTES HOLDING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ''Your credit card number is not valid''. 2 days attempting to straighten this out. Promised callbacks and emails not happening. No booking confirmation, but the charge showed up on my Visa statement. Impressive for an invalid number. Flight Hub worked Immediately.

May 05,2020To others who have been wronged by this company: I urge you to file an official report through the Better Business Bureau. It was the only way I got them to respond to me and will help law enforcement prosecute their unethical and fraudulent behavior. They will continue to con new people if we don’t officially share our issues where it counts. Go to the BBB.org website and search them. They are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. 89119 I’m not allowed to put a link here.

Flight cancelled end of March and was told I’d get a refund, had a guy help me over the phone a few times but all he cared about was the bad review I left and not about getting my money to me. It’s now May and I should have gotten my refund 2 months ago. Terrible company.

Apr 29,2020Booked a flight on 3/25/2020 for 4/28/2020 for $98. notified of cancellation on 4/24 and told I would receive a credit. tried on 4/28 to re-book for 5/12 and was told the flight (on their website for $100) would cost $180(told on 4/27 it would cost $150). They then hung up on me 3 times. American Airlines had no record of my reservation or my credit. no refund to date.

Apr 29,2020I booked a flight back in April. My card was declined. So I went though a different travel agency. The next after I had purchased new tickets. They took the money off my card the next day. They said we were getting a refund for 580.00. We have not received our refund. I have many calls. I have even lifted multiple messages. Now yesterday I call and got hung up on twice. Its April 28th. I dont know whats going on. Nor how I gonna get my refund. Does anyone know who I can call what I can do. I dont think this is right. Please help thank you.

Apr 27,2020Scam Alert!!! These people charged me for the flight, gave me all the info and right after they charged my card they cancelled the flight. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund. Now I try to call and all I get is put on hold and they NEVER answer. They tell you to leave a call back number after you have been on hold for 10 minutes, but they NEVER call you back!!!

Apr 26,2020DO NOT USE... DO NOT USE...The pandemic caused my flight to be canceled. Spirit airline refunded our money to myflightsearch. But myflightsearch will not give that money back to us. They only offer a voucher. Also, they are very rude on the phone when handling the situation and have hung up on us 3 times after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Their exact words were "i don't want to give you your money back" and then they hang up. Do not ever use this site to buy ANYTHING.

Apr 22,2020This company is horrible! I bought a ticket from them. After I paid for the ticket my card was charged 3 more times in $1000 increments. My bank blocked it luckily. Once I saw the charges I requested a refund. Since around March 7th until now (April 21) I have been fighting with this company to get this refund. I got a screen shot of a “refund application” but nothing has been refunded. I am working with my bank to file a fraud claim.

Apr 22,2020My mother, who is elderly, bought a ticket with them a month ago. She called the airline today to check if everything was set for her flight in May and the airlines told her that it had been cancelled through the travel agency. I called myflightsearch customer service was greeted by the biggest IDIO*S of all time. The ticket cost almost 2 grand. when i asked for a refund they put me on hold, then they said, it was non refundable, then they said i can get future credit. Then after telling me it was non refundable they said they can refund it as long as i pay a 200 dollar cancellation fee. I asked for a supervisor and they said they didn't have one. ALL THE BAD WORDS AND BAD ACTIONS I CAN THINK OF DO NOT COVER WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Also you find on line rate and when you call Customer Service somewhere in India, then you will be put on hold to answer another call and wait for a long time until you get frustrated and you hang up the phone. The bottom line you lost your money

Apr 21,2020THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I booked a flight with them on Feb. 12 for April 12. I showed up for my 9am flight and THEY NEVER BOOKED MY TICKET. Not only that, the Airline told me the flight number they gave me with my booking information DIDN'T EXIST! This was for a work trip and I lost my job over it. They claimed they tried to get in touch with me but I never recieved a call or email. I'm pressing charges. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

May 08,2020100% SCAM!!! (STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY). I booked some flights to Scotland a couple of months back. Never received my actual tickets. Tried calling numerous times - either false promises or just couldn't contact anyone. Called the actual airline "Air Transat" - they had no record of me or my family on the flight I had booked and paid for. Finally, I asked American Express (Credit compnay) to do an investigation - it came back as a "FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION" and then American Express refunded me, also with me having to change my card number , etc. DO YOU NEED ANYMORE PROOF. Feel so bad for everyone involved with these false transactions - this company should be shut down first, and all eomployees should be totally ashamed of themsleves. For those caught up in this mess - take the advice of another review below and contact the Better Business Bureau. It's important that we collectively shut these Scammers down.
