And I booked the wrong time and wrong airport I need my moment back asap so I can book another flight. I need help please. The funds cleared the bank, never issued e-tickets. This is an awful company. I have been transfered to idk how many departments. HUNG UP ON BY AT LEAST 1/2 A DOZEN TIMES. I've asked for any flight in a 2 day window. From either PHL or LVIA.They have not offered to refund my money if they can't book a flight. I just want to go home. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the US department of transportation and complain if nothing changes in the next 24 hours. The company did finally issue my ticket, i got home. but this is still what i had to go through to get there. I will not sugar coat this review as they asked me to. I will not change it, as this was my experience. I will never use them again. Btw all calls go to India or some other country. There is no "Las Vegas" office, as their website says, I called Las Vegas, they answered in India or Pakistan or wherever, but not Las Vegas.
I wish I had something wonderful to write about this company but I will tell you my story and let you decide if you want to book with them. ( I would highly suggest you don't ) 5 days ago I booked a flight to see my daughter. They charged my credit card in Us funds. But I saw no tickets. So I sent numerous e mail messages asking for my tickets. I tried calling their phone number and it went a generic voice mail, that simply said please leave your name and number. Which I did about 5 times. Finally I came on and wrote a review with my experience. Within about 2 hours of posting the review I got a call from a guy telling me to check my e mail because my tickets are there. He asked me to go to the website of the airline I am flying with to check my booking. I told him I would call him back but he had no phone number to give me and said he would call me back. During that period of time I checked and it looked like my booking was valid. When he called me back he asked me to give them a good review. I said I would once I was on the plane. But I did delete my previous review. So then today I get an e mail saying as per my request they have cancelled my booking and It may take up to 2 billing period to get my funds credited back to my card. Now I am calling the airline directly and trying to book my tickets... This has been such a huge amount of grief and not worth the few dollars I was going to save. A really good learning experience for me, I will never use this site and if I can give you any advice, you shouldn't either. It felt sketchy from the start. I think they are nothing but a scam. Now I will wait to see if they actually credit my card or not. But with only a few days left until I fly out I am now buying more tickets . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
My overall experience with this merchant had been ok__until I recently booked a flight leaving from Philadelphia to LA. I booked this ticket February 24th for $232.78. The merchant charged me 1,232.78. As you can imagine, I am furious and STILL (3/11/20) haven’t received my money back. When I call to speak with customer service, they speak to me as if I am the one wrong. I do not recommend this company! The hopper app is much better.
My flight to Toronto got cancelled just a week before my departure date and I was worried that I would have to pay more for making a new booking. But myflightseach representative got me a deal I couldn’t believe until I got my e ticket.
I spoke with Sam Rogers earlier today because I had completely misplaced my itinerary for a trip to Amsterdam. I did not know with whom I had booked, had the wrong dates and the wrong airline. Sam succeed in solving my problem in a timely and friendly manner. I never felt anything but his sincere desire to solve my error. He worked on the puzzle and, not only solved it but made sure I had seats (of course i had neglected that as well). I am so impressed to be assisted in this manner. It is a rarity in our crazy world!!!! Please give Sam more than an "atta boy"!! He saved the day!! Thank you for hiring such a great man.
This site in unbelievable call numerous of times trying to take to a live person and all you get is please get a message and someone will contact at their earliest convenience. This is exactly why I am cancelling this booked flight because of poor customer service . I would not recommend anyone to book with them
Worst experience EVER! They sent me TWO emails saying they could not confirm the purchased ticket due to increased airline fees & that they did not charge my card. After receiving the email, I went ahead & purchased a ticket directly with the airlines. Two days later, I received an email from MyFlightSearch stating again that my booking had been cancelled. Less than an hour later, they charged my credit card $1851! When I called their “customer service” - no one answered. I called the 888 number on their website for help with reservations...only then did I get a live person. Then, I had to insist on speaking with a manager. He eventually joined the call. He claimed I was charged due to a technical glitch in their system. He claimed they had sent me an email informing me. No such email was sent until I called! Needless to say I didn’t hang up until the credit email was received...but of course it will take 14 - 17 working days for my credit to be issued! Ridiculous! Horrible experience!

Never try this fraudster company. After i put my last review for this company Viktor (manager) called me and said we will return your money very soon between 3 to 7 days ( just the same promise of the previous manager,Jeremy) but please remove your review, and i said after i receive my money i will decide, now after 8 days of that time still i got no money i called them and Nancy who said i am supervisor told me you will receive your money in 3 to 7 days later !!!!! From the time that i cancel my booking This is the 3 ed person who told me the same sentence . NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY. I will find the official organization who issue and extend the license of such a bull sheet companies, and i will give them all documents and all my recorded conversations with the stupid people of this company and publish my review to any possible media to prevent the people who may try this fraudster site.
It is now March and no refund. $1400 dollars of my hard earned money down the drain. This is the message they sent me. While we make every attempt that the amount is credited back to you at the earliest, in some exceptional cases this may take one to two billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement. (ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS NOW!!) CLEARLY I AM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS!!!!!!
Victor was a very helpful and patient human being. He is very understanding an puts the customer first . This kind of behavior brings back loyal customers.
Do not book with these guys, they will cheat you. They did not forward changes by the airline and totally screwed up my return flights. In addition, they cheated me out of my airfare worth $1,577.06.
BE VERY CAREFUL! after booking, you get to the confirmation page that sais : CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR FLIGHT HAS BEEN BOOKED! and it is payed! with all your flight details!!! BUT underneath with small letters it sais your ticket will be issued in 5 minutes to 24 hrs!!! Which means your flight HAS NOT BEEN BOOKED AT ALL, so it is a lie. And the ticket will actually NEVER be issued UNLESS you send them a photo of your licence and your credit card!!! SO you actually don't have the ticket, it is not payed, and the ticket prices (go figure) will increase by the time they verify your card!! So, be very careful! The correct thing to say on the confirmation page would be: CONGRATULATIONS, your flight WILL BE BOOKED AFTER YOU SEND US THE FOLLOWINGS AND WE CONFIRM WITH THE AIRLINE: picture of your card and licence by email! Until then YOUR BOOKING DOES NOT EXIST, we can not guarantee your ticket or the current prices! But it sais congratulations, your ticket is booked, and payed also! You think everything is allright, until you realize you dont have a ticket! it is misleading on purpose so you pay more? I never heard of such things before, you book, they confirm, you are done! This is how it should be in the 21st century! I am very disappointed! Also I got an email to use a 50$ discount code, I used it upon checkout and I got a 10$ discount, so even that was a lie. Just be aware, their process is unheard of and misleading!
I really want to give this Company no stars. It’s a nightmare dealing with these people. They charged my card 7 days ago and I still don’t have tickets. They do not respond to voice messages or email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The good reviews are fake
If I could give a cero star I will, I book my flight one day Next day receive a e mail asking to send picture of my credit card and ID. And I send it! They said they didnt receive it before 24 hrs, Next day new e mail saying they cant respect the original fare Making me a new one $200 more highter each ticket. To be able to respect my original times of flight I couldnt refuse because i already rent a suttle at the original time of arrival! This app suck never again in my life

THAT is the rule by IATA. I don't have a clue how they managed to get contracts from any Airlines. After 10 days I received a message that the Airlines are not issuing the ticket as the fare is not available. That their issue, I tried contacting them again, but no answer. I am not sure even if they are supposed to be selling tickets as they have no security for clients Money. I just read this, and it's the exact same thing that just happened to us.

I would give this company a negative 1000 if I could. The worst ever. Booked a flight, they cancelled it and said they saved the seats if I would pay more money. I said this was bad business and audacious that they would even suggest it. The service rep was rude and kept interrupting me. Then he said he would honor the initial price. 5 days later I still had not received my e-ticket. I emailed requesting it and they said " Dear Customer,Thank you for choosing MyFlightSearch.Com. This is to inform you that your booking is under process, please wait you will get the confirmation in soon." The next morning they call me and ask me to change my flights because those flights are no longer available.- the fury This is a business trip that I no longer have transportation to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. I am not sure what kind of racket they are running but they are literally a f**cking nightmare. I should also mention the 17 phone calls I received and 9 voice mails in one hour, while I was in a meeting. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY. You have a better chance of getting to your destination if you hitchhike.
